"Family service was terrible customer service was lacking because of a medical emergency we were not able to go on May 22nd I called the next day May 23rd I realized the policy what it means but because of not being able to get there because of a medical emergency I thought that I should have my money refunded they would not give me a refund they would give me $23 off if we went and stayed on May 23rd big deal that is nothing so I would like to have my money refunded but no one was willing to do...

"A friendly face greeted us when we arrived. Was a welcoming room and very quiet. Would recommend for anyone to stay and I will stay again."

"This hotel was built in 2015, in the front lobby there is a Groundbreaking Shovel showing that, thus it is at least 10 years old hotel, not very new. And there is no elevator, thus if you have heavy suitcase please ask for ground flr rooms. Staff is friendly, breakfast is Ok, and the window curtain is not quit good shielding effect, if you want to sleep more in the morning please choose right side. Breakfast is OK for its price."

"Everything wonderful...except....when I checked into my 1st floor room, I found that the window was unlocked and that the window locks did not work in room 129. This necessitated having to change rooms. Desk clerk was helpful but this shouldnt have happened..."

"Staff was polite n friendly! Room was clean. It was extremely windy this night and there was a garbage can blowing against my car most of the night. There was coffee in the am but no sugar only Splenda:( and no continental breakfast as described. It served its purpose."
