"I liked nearly everything about the Hu Hotel. The only thing that let it down was the water in my room. It was scalding hot, even from the cold tap, which made it impossible to have a shower. A wash in the sink once the water had cooled in the basin was my only option. I reported this on day one but, despite apparently sending an engineer to look, it didn’t change. The room itself was lovely (but avoid 605 unless you want a boiling hot shower), the staff were really personable and friendly and...

"As far as we could tell, was the only place downtown that had free parking and only 25 for pet fee. The place was very clean and could tell how hard the cleaning crew worked at keeping it that way. Same breakfast as everywhere. We would definitely stay again if we ever went back to Memphis. "

"Perfectly positioned in the heart of Fun Town! Beale Street was just steps away. The staff was more than amazing. Rich and Lamaria at the front desk were unbelievable. Jake, more than just the "building engineer", provided us with a handwritten list of to-dos that was perfect. We will be back, and we will stay at ARRIVE, Memphis!!"

"Great place to stay, I highly recommend it. The lofts are extremely roomy, immaculately clean, kitchen was fully stocked, and fresh clean tiles were provided daily. Lots of lil added touches, ie: a digital board with recommended places to visit, sight see and to eat. "Clean room. Nice hotel and staff. Convenient location to Downtown & Beale St. You do hear a little bit of road noise although not as bad as I was anticipating and the hotel does give you complimentary ear plugs. Overall we had a good stay. "
