"The property looks sketchy, but it's not. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The TV was nice size & many channels. There is no breakfast other than coffee & juice & crunchy granola bars. The wifi is not good."

"The first room we had had bed bugs and once we were moved to another room the sheets had makeup and blood stains... very disappointed. And then to make it better our tire got a screw in their parking lot from the renovations happening. Tire accidents can happen but surely didnt feel worth the stay. "Walked into the room, smelled fresh for being a smoking room. The mirror in the bathroom look like somebody spit on the TV screen was greece and smudge all over it. The carpeting was old, dirty and dingy, as well as the dirty dingy drapes. The TV remote had no batteries or cover and wasn’t working. Had to call for maintenance. "The good: Located near the highway, many shops and restaurants (still need a car, however), large room, comfortable bed, nice Dove liquid hand soap and body lotion, decent coffee. The not so good: My room was damp and musty smelling and things were not as clean as they should have been; there was a black hair in my tub and another long one on top of one of the "clean" towels on the counter. The threshold between the carpet edge and the bathroom was full of dirt and ick, one of my pillow cases...

"All staff were very helpful- particularly when I left an item in my room.. they found it and sent me an online process to have the item returned I gave only a four stars as someone — not sure who- overrided my handicapped room reservation— we were given a room that was for hearing impaired, which does not work when you have a broken ankle. But the other staff really made up for it by their help and we generally really like staying at Home2"

"Jeremy at the front desk checked us in and was as pleasant and helpful as could be. Our room was spacious, very clean, and nicely decorated. The bathroom was also spacious and the shower was wonderful with instant hot water. We had a totally stocked kitchen in case we wanted to cook, which we did not.
