"My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon and we were met with so much respect, care and love from every member of the staff. Jade was especially helpful at the front desk, and made our stay seamless. The valet professionals were very kind and welcoming. The food was delicious, the pool was clean and nice, the room was comfortable and unique. We just had the best time! Thank you x 10000000 !! We will be back :)"

"Our stay was lovely, but not one that is reflective of a stay at a "JW," rather than a regular Marriott. It was the little things, like providing paper cups in the room rather than real cups/mugs, no minibar, also the upholstery and carpeting was subpar, they felt cheap, not something that a top tier hotel would have. We did enjoy the beautiful rooftop downtown view."

"The only reason its not 5 stars across the board is because they do not inform you, outright of a hold on your card ($100) in case of damages. Im not a frequent hotel stayer so It threw me for a loop but after some research found its common, and I should be refunded in a few days right? "

"Pros: Accessibility to downtown and Deep Ellum was great. The staff were very friendly. Nice lobby area. There is a parking lot directly across the street. The street is pretty quiet and safe. There's a highly rated speakeasy at the hotel if that's your thing. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Cons: The power went off in the room twice during my stay. The staff were helpful to get it back on, but it was frustrating. It can be loud when other guests walk by and the rooms are...
