"There was a miscommunication on my reservation and what Hotels.com gave me and my cousin and I showed up to the property with single room booked! The hotel was able to adjust our reservation to a double room at no charge - and this was completely my mistake not paying close enough attention at booking.... "Loved the StarDome!!! The views are stunning!! The breakfast and dinners were excellent and everything is fresh. All the staff was great and Virginia helped us arrange all our transportation and our tour. We also loved Inti, the baby alpaca!! I would highly recommend the StarDome and would absolutely love to come back. This was an incredible experience!!! "

"We had a lovely quiet stay in the guest house (apart from when the washing machines were in use outside!). Jorge was very accommodating in looking after our luggage while we went to Macchu Pichu. My only disappointment was that we booked our room specifically because it said there was a private hot tub, but when we arrived we were told there wasn’t one, yet it is still advertised as having one… so just don’t book this place for the hot tub!"

"Fabulous hotel. Great staff and superb restaurant. Only little grouse we had was that we got the room bang smack on top of the railway platform. Think pre dawn train sounds and loud live band at train boarding times (a unique Peru Rail feature)! The rooms deeper in the property would not have that issue. Lovely flora and views inside too. Overall a very nice little hotel. Would happily go back again."

"We landed at the hotel after our sightseeing tour late evening by which time the Manager Yesy had gone for the day. Our 1 night stay had an interesting set of rooms. We were 2 families- the entry had a sitting area with TV between the two bedrooms with separate lockable doors each. It was a basic room with 3 twin beds for two people. Beds were comfortable and clean. Small bathroom. Breakfast was included. Eggs were prepared on site; bread, fresh fruits, juices and coffee/tea. The landscape...

"We had a great experience at Kenti’s. The staff is super friendly. Great breakfast. And I can tell you on good authority since this was my 5th time in Ollantaytambo, EXCELLENT hot water/shower situation. Very nice garden to chill in as well. "

"This was a lovely boutique hotel with a beautiful view of the river and the mountains. Very accommodating staff with a nice breakfast and good information about the town and tour options. The manager took me on a private tour of the Sacred Valley and also woke up extra early to make me breakfast before my Machu Picchu visit. There was no heat in the room but there were plenty of warm blankets to keep you comfortable. I felt completely safe as a solo female traveler and would highly recommend...

"Great place to stay. I love how the hotel is modern and traditional at the same time. You need transfers to get around, which may get expensive, but the hotel experience was amazing."

"An amazing location, highly recommended. The place is beautiful with lots of large lush gardens. Staff and hosts are very helpful and friendly. We got to do the solar bath experience on the full moon and it was an amazing experience. A must do for bath lovers ;)"
