"Ac did not keep the room clean, toilet was backed up. I was talked to like trash when I asked about it. Received no help after complaining. Was told I couldn’t speak with a manager and asked “what do you want me to do” I paid almost $600 for this room and it was the worst place I have stayed in a very long time between attitude. "The entire hotel reeked of weed. From the lobby, up the elevator and into our no smoking room. Room was not clean. Stains and hair on the bedside lampshade. Carpet did not appear cleaned in years. There were objects under the carpet. Not small objects either. The AC didn’t cool effectively and room was sticky humid. The water did get very hot and the water pressure was excellent. So not a total loss, but not worth more than one star. Would never stay there again or recommend it to anyone. "

"Everything was magn̈ificent, the food was very nice. The room was spotless ànd my wheelchair ramp was left on the plane. He never complained about helping me. They called 911 to help me into bed. Boy those Louisiana guys are gorgeous. Lol"

"Breakfast was very good. Other things not so good. Thermostat didn’t work. There was a stain running down the side of the bed that looked like vomit. No cups in bathroom. Bathroom very tiny with no counter space. Tub was old looking with moldy corners and broken drain stopper rolling around the tub. And be prepared for an unusual amount of extremely loud horrible truck noise in the middle of the night. I don’t understand why it was so noisy. I don’t know if the windows are thin, but it was...
