"The ceilings were damaged and leaking. There was an over whelming smell of mold down stairs. The pool was over crowded with people who DID NOT STAY THERE! They were walking straight from their cars to and from the pool. They were so loud morning, day and night. The kids were so rowdy they were shooting us from across the room with water guns. Staff knew because you could hear them from the lobby! The breakfast cafe was closed for no reason and yes this was during the hours they were supposed to...

"The staff were very nice however the property was awful. Our room was over 80 degrees. Maintenance was unable to fix it so the staff was able to move us to a different room however the hallway on the third floor remained over 80 degrees for both days. The hotel room only had one towel and again staff were able to provide more but that shouldn’t be something to ask for. There was no soap in the shower or bathroom. "I wish I would have known about Home 2 Suites sooner! It’s great that it has a full size fridge/freezer, kitchen area, and plenty of storage space. Breakfast was great and had many options, the staff were all very friendly, and hospitable."

"The property is nice. We've stayed here before without issue. HOWEVER!!! If there is the slightest possibility that something will happen, such as a flight delay and you can't make it to check-in, your room will be canceled for the entirity of your stay and the hotel will bill you for all of it. Not worth the risk!! There are too many nice hotels in the area to take the chance on LA Quinta!!"
