"We visited Balito with a family of 7 and had the most wonderful stay. The hotel is small but updated and it is run by a wonderful family who makes you feel at home. The pool area is lovely and the breakfast and coffee is perfect in the morning. The rooms were good for our large family (we had two rooms with 3 beds each) and the area is very walkable. It’s about a 14 min walk to the beach (with my slower children) and a 10 min taxi into Chania. There is also a bus to take you to town and some of...

"The hotel is located about 5-10 minute walk to the beach with a bunch of restaurants around as well as a ton of pools. Breakfast was excellent! Would stay here again."

"We booked this nice hotel for a few days in kissamos and were not disappointed. Rooms were clean and big enough, we had a whirlpool and also a public pool. Service was also very nice and everything went well without problems. "

"This is an amazing hotel! The grounds are beautiful. The pools are very big and always will have room, never felt crowded. It is a 3-minute walk from the beach and about 10 minutes by bus to Chania town. The food is great. We had the all-inclusive plan, and it is highly recommended, especially for families. The food quality is very high and there are options for everyone's taste. The place to be in Crete. Staff was great as well, always there to help with a smile."

"Hotel located in the Venetian part of Chania, close to many taverns, shops and beaches. Staff were wonderful and helpful when required. The room we had was spacious and nicely restored. Common area balcony overlooked the harbor and was a great place to relax during the evenings. You won't be disappointed if you stay here. "

"Beautiful and spacious apartment. Very clean. We arrived early and messaged if we could leave our luggage and they responded immediately. The patio was an added bonus which we used in the evening. Would definitely stay again. "

"We had a fantastic time at camping Chania. Staff were great. Tents are clean and comfortable. Pool and bar area is good and great for lunch time snacks or a beer and ice cream. Beautiful beach, restaurants and shops near by within a 5min walk. Local bus will take you into Chania town too. We will definitely be back!!!"
