"Best place to stay in Nafpaktos for families!Perfect location and a modern fully comfortable space with all the amenities. Cannot recommend it more."

"We stayed here and and really enjoyed the location. You can walk to everything from food to drinks and shopping. The restaurant next door is also very nice. "Die Villa liegt auf einem Hügel nahe Selianitika in traumhafter, ruhiger Lage mit wunderbaren Meerblick. Man erreicht den Ort und den Strand auch zu Fuß in ca. 20 min.; Das Haus lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die große Stadt Patras ist ca. 30 min. mit dem Auto entfernt. Toller Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge. Das allerbeste war der Eigentümer, der sich liebevoll um die Gäste kümmert und wertvolle Tipps für die vielen Ausflüge geliefert hat. Volle Empfehlung!!!!!!!!!!!!!¡g "

"Very comfortable, clean and spacious villa, located in a calm place but near everything what you need to spend great holidays: nice beaches, historical sites and towns to visit, restaurants, shopping possibilities. We also appreciated the beautiful views from the balcony, the villa's swimming pool and the air condition as well as parking on the property. A big thanks to the host Nicholas for his hospitality, quick answers to our questions before our holidays, and his availability for any help...

"We had a large group come to Patra for a conference at the University of Patra and this home was ideal for location and convenience for all guests. The kitchen had everything needed to cook for a large group and it would be great for a family gathering. Walking distance to the beach. Spyros and his family were there to meet us and help us get acclimated."

"This villa was fantastic! It had three bedrooms on the ground floor and two on the lower level. We only used 2 of the three on the ground floor. The villa had central heating and a fireplace stocked with wood and a large wood pile outside. The villa was very large and a terrace with a great view of the valley. Owners were very helpful and responsive. Highy recommend."
