"Check in with automatic machine worked well but the keys did not open the door. Very frustrating and no reply on emergency phone number. After 15 minutes we found a way to open the doors"

"A very nice hotel near the centre of Linz. The room was unusually large, clean, and comfortable. No refrigerator in room. CNN the only English-language option on television. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room 312."
