"Even though the property is “on the beach”, beach chairs and umbrellas are not provided free of charge to guests of the hotel, you have to rent them from another company, or bring your own. That was disappointing and unexpected. Previously places we stayed, the hotel provided all the beach amenities."

"The hotel is very new. Rooms are nice, but the refrigerator and microwave are too low and difficult to use. Breakfast was ok, not great. The location of the hotel is good with easy and adequate parking."

"The room was clean, the staff was excellent, breakfast in the morning was delicious! Pool was wonderful right on the beach, the only thing I would mention is I wish the bar stayed open longer at the pool!"

"Room floor was not moped the TV didn't work until the last night we was there and even then channels were very limited only one towel one wash cloth and one hand towel now don't get me wrong the place was OK I've stayed in worse and I like to think it was an oversight on the mopping but you could not walk barefoot cause for feet would turn black very fast other than that it was quite the bed was comfy check was fast price was decent over 3 and half stars out of 5"

"The room was clean and comfortable with a full kitchen including a dishwasher. The breakfast menu was fresh - scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, hot oatmeal, sausage egg and cheese biscuits, cereal, fruit, fresh waffles, and juices and coffee. The indoor heated pool is great! Plenty of parking; and once you add in downtown OWA, it is a great place to stay."

"Friendly staff all around, well kept property and beautiful view. Great options for family activities all around. Cottage had everything we needed, and then some. "

"Condo was very clean. Had dishwasher detergent (2 loads), liquid soap, wash machine detergents (2 loads); sample size Shampoo, Conditioner, hand soap, and lotion 2 of each. Seemed to have ample dishes, silver ware, kitchen utensils. Table with chairs and 2 lounge chairs on the patio. Steps from the pool or gulf. Sugar sand beach. Walmart, and a liquor store about 3 blocks away. The outdoor space was very quiet after 5 pm. "

"Room was nonsmoking but smelled like someone had been smoking in it nonstop for weeks! No other solution from staff. My son’s asthma was horrible after one night. The water was also brown in the shower. "

"Just needed a late night stay after concert so I didn't have to drive at night. Price was first concern. But I was happy to find that it was also very nice, the property was off the main road,well maintained and clean. I liked that it was away from the highway noise and lights. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Will be going to more concerts at the wharf now that I know where to stay."
