"Great staff and clean room "

"Plenty of parking that was well lit. Clean rooms and friendly staff."

"Pictures were far from accurate to the room I was in. Walls were showing signs of mildew, wall fixtures rusty, carpet had burns as well as some of the sheets in addition to being stained/bleached. Shower head was held on with electrical tape. Gaps around the door but was lockable and secure enough."

"Pool wasn’t running, breakfast had no meat, no breads expect waffles, no gravy nothing. Just terrible powdered eggs, waffles, 2 cereals, and a hard as rock potatoes. Then we found 3 bags of chips, donuts, and candy all opened and half eaten or more in the top dresser between the two beds. When asked about the choice of food and cleanliness the staff blew me off."

"The rooms were spacious and clean. They offer a morning breakfast which was amazing. The sitting area near the lobby is big and comfortable. We did however encounter an unpleasant experience during checkin. The staff member was unpleasant and not helpful. It left a negative impression feom the start. However, we didn’t see her the rest of the stay and all other staff were courteous and helpful."

"I asked for a first floor room, I checked in before 4pm. When I mentioned I had just driven 16 hours from Arizona, his reply how boring and no first rooms available. When I asked about an elevator his reply its only one flight of stairs. After several trips up the stairs, my room must of been next to a maintenance room. There was the sound of a compressor in the wall about 2 feet from the bed. It would come on and off several times during my stay. None of the staff seemed happy, no greeting. I...

"Everything from restaurants, to retail stores to coffee shops etc are in close proximity. The front desk agents are so nice."

"There was no breakfast available. There's also no pool or hot tub. It was a great room and stay, especially for the price. It's in a quiet location, as well. It seems like they're making improvements, which is good."
