Breeze Condo - Luxury Stay 2 Blocks from Beach

Breeze Condo at Lumberyard Lofts is a beautiful 4 bedroom, 2 bath vacation rental just a block up from Lake Pepin. Enjoy the upper level master suite with king bed, full bathroom with soaking tub and bonus living room for late night card games. The three other bedrooms offer 1 king and 2 queen beds, and one even has a hidden getaway for kids tucked behind the bed, shhh! Feel free to use the three couches or optional airbeds for additional sleeping options.

The kitchen and living room are modern, comfortable and great for relaxing after a fun filled day at the nearby wineries, restaurants or the Pepin Marina and beach. In addition to the lovely bedrooms and living room, there's a full kitchen if you'd like to cook on site, including a full compliment of pots, pans, bakeware, dishes, silverware, etc. We do provide dish soap, spices, oil and a small selection of tea. Bring your own coffee supplies, food, beverages, sunblock and mosquito repellant. We also provide towels for use in the home, soap, shampoo and conditioner and a full basket of beach towels and bags for you to use during your stay. Outside, enjoy plenty of lounge chairs around a fire pit with a grill provided for your use. There's off-street parking for 4 vehicles, and street parking for more, plus an EV charger (14-50 plug) on the property for your use.

Breeze is a great place to stay for weddings, boating, touristing or working on the go with our provided high-speed wifi. We can accommodate large groups (8 people in beds; air mattresses and couches for more). We have additional vacation rentals in Pepin as well (including in the same building), in case you have a particularly large group and would like to book parallel accommodations. If you love Breeze but don't see availability for your dates, just send us a note and we'll double check availability at our other listings for you.

Perfect location and home for a large family gathering! The hosts were amazingly helpful and responsive in all our planning, reservations and stay. We stayed with many younger children and were grateful we could all walk to lovely Pepin Beach - and made several extended swimming trips even thought it was almost October! We hope to stay at a Raspberry Home again, soon!
Yes, we all got in for swims.
We had three sunsets like this while staying at the Breeze.

Love the house! The upstairs area with its own sitting room was perfect and was used for so many things... crafts, reading, working, etc. The large kitchen was great for our large group to gather for meals. The kitchen was well stocked with essentials, and so were the bathrooms. We even played a few of the games in the living room.The location was close to everything...we walked everywhere... restaurants, stores, the winery! It was very easy to communicate with Julia and Jill.

Nice large open space. Great kitchen area for large groups. Great directions and communication. Nice bathrooms. Disappointed with listing showing it sleeps 15; however, only 8 spots are available in shared beds; lofted twin bed was not there and must rely on air mattresses for other 7 guests as couches aren't long enough and are very used, yes they have air beds for rent, but for 20-25. Grill was very dirty so we used tins to cook on instead. Long jaunt to garbage/recycling. Nice to have fooseball table, but unusable since it was in porch and was not temperature controlled in there.

Girls night

Rented the condo for my daughter in laws to be bachelorette party. Only real issue was it was cold! I understand the thermostat being set at 55 upon check in/check out, but we never could get it warmed up. The thermostat was locked at 63, a little chilly! Also, paper plates/napkins would have been nice. And a pizza cutter! lol!!

Family Fall Getaway

We had a fantastic family get-together here over three nights. This home (Breeze) accommodates a large family and includes a large well-equipped kitchen. We were able to cook bigger meals and play many board games on the large kitchen table The little girls loved the secret playroom off the one bedroom!! The home is clean, comfortable and very spacious. Beds were very comfortable and the town is very serene and quiet. There is a beautiful upstairs bedroom with a spa-like bathroom. This home's location is awesome! We were right in the center of all the activities we fit in. We walked down to the lake (less than two blocks away) several times and saw beautiful sunsets. We hiked Maiden Rock (gorgeous foliage), ate lunch at Villa Beleeza Winery, and enjoyed Nelson's Creamery. We spent several hours in Alma and enjoyed their ice cream shop and ate dinner at Danzinger Winery. We spent a morning in Stockholm and enjoyed the little shops and their lovely park by the river. We highly recommend this VRBO and we hope to return next year!! Thank you Jill!!

Nice for a large group

Family friends wedding, my siblings, parents, our significant others and two kids felt comfortable for a long weekend stay on Pepin! Nice big kitchen, provided card table chairs allowed room for everyone. Sun porch and outdoor space was nice for the night owls and morning birds so no one felt like they were disturbing others. We had a coffee pot we couldn’t get to work and they solved it same day! No complaints, walkable location, check in was easy, keyless entry/keypad was so nice so no one needed to worry about sharing keys.

The place is beautiful BUT... The fireplace didn't work and we were not notified before hand. The upstairs is a sauna and the downstairs is a freezer. You crank the heat and it just gets hotter upstairs without any improvement downstairs. When notifying the host she just said she "can see the heat is on... is it not working?" No hot water for showering. Host reply "I wish I would have known these issues earlier. Will keep you posted" but no further communication..

Lake Pepin Sibling reunion

We rented the Lumberyard Loft space for a sibling reunion with guests from Iowa, South Dakota, and Pennsylvania. We enjoyed exploring the Pepin area and also just relaxing and reminiscing in the comfortable living room and kitchen. Daily walks along the lakeshore we’re also a highlight of our stay. We appreciated the excellent and helpful management.

Great Condo in Beautiful Location

Perfect for a weekend getaway

We so enjoyed our stay at the Breeze Condo at Lumberyard Lofts!! A beautiful interior space cozy, chic, comfy, all the room we needed for 6 adults and 4 kiddos under 5…loved the large soaker tub, the bunk bed rooms were favorite for all the kiddos…like their own fort, play space…Speaking of place space the hidden playroom for the children was one of the cutest things any of us adults had ever seen and our kids used it every day definitely a favorite… we absolutely loved the backyard courtyard we had s’more’s we played some low music with a fire a couple of nights… We so enjoyed the convenience of the cutest little grocery/liquor store/candy store across the street… The restaurants, the beach, so much within walking distance a true treasure of a getaway… We cannot wait to visit again🙌 Thank you Jill for all your help and making it such a easy, fun experience for all☺️

10/10 Location and Communication!!!

Overall, this was a great rental. Jill was exceptional with communication, providing details and answering questions promptly, and ensuring our group had what it needed. The location of this property is excellent with a short walk to the beach, to the marina, to the public boat launch, and to various restaurants (Pickle Factory) and local bars. The owner also supplied beach towels and sunscreen which was a definite perk for our group of 9. My only recommendations are the following 1) if staying with a large group, ensure you’re looking for a quiet weekend. There is a 50 decibel sound threshold and a multi-room sound monitoring system in place. So if your group cannot keep quiet, I would recommend another location. 2) Bring your own condiments. There is a gas station very close by should you forget these things, but something to be considered for the future.
