Spanish Key 504 is luxurious, spacious, and walking distance to the World-Famous Flora Bama Lounge.

The HOA will be doing balcony restoration project on stacks 1-3 in October, stacks 8-10 in November, and stacks 4-7 in December. This unit is in stack 4. Balconies will be off-limits during this time. Throughout the course of the project, work will begin at 9 AM and conclude at 4 PM on weekdays (no work on weekends). Even of not working on this particular stack, there could be noise disturbance.

The dining table seats four plus the wrap-around bar will accommodate an extra four. The master suite boasts a king-sized bed, gulf views, and balcony access. The master bathroom features a walk-in closet, dual vanity, jet tub, and separate walk-in shower. The second bedroom includes a king bed, while the third bedroom includes two queen-sized beds. Each bedroom includes a flat screen TV. This unit will comfortable sleep 8.

The condo is complete with everything that you will need to have a fantastic beach vacation such as an iron and ironing board, full-sized washer and dryer, Wi-Fi, and bath towels and bed linens. The well-equipped, gourmet kitchen features granite counters, a large double door refrigerator, and stainless appliances. The balcony is accessible from the living area or the master bedroom and is a wonderful place to enjoy coffee as the sun rises over the gulf.
