Beach Front View

Overall, we really loved this condo and it worked out great for our family of 4. The location was perfect, easy in and out to get to anything in Perdido and the beach access was so easy. The patio seating and updates in the condo were really nice, it felt like one of the nicer condos on property. We would definitely stay here again! One thing to make sure you know is there is no beach gear, cooler, or beach towels included. This was not an issue for us, but just make sure you are prepared.

Just got home from our stay & it was everything the pictures show & more. First glance on the outside it looks just ok, but walking into the condo my teenagers 1st comments were, "dang mom, this is nice!" & then they saw our patio view overlooking the ocean and said, "low key, mom, this is icey!" Whatever that means, but i took it as positive because they were immediately snapping pics for their social medias. Beautiful ocean views from the main bedroom & patio. We were lucky enough to see several dolphins from our balcony close to shore putting on a show for us just within our 1st hour there! Beachside was semi busy in the mornings but as the sun started to set you practically had the beach to yourself. At night the kids enjoyed catching & releasing crabs, so take some flashlights/headlamps, nets for that. Everything was clean & very accommodating. Was so nice to be right on the beach so we could easily walk down and back up to get changed without having to load up in a car and get sand everywhere. Pool was basic, but a nice alternative for when we didnt want to get sandy. Was never crowded & we even had it to ourselves on a couple of occasions. Not a whole lot in super close proximity as far as restaurants, shops, excursions/activities, but i think that is what makes it so peaceful & calming. Would definitely come back to stay here if/when we return to perdido key.
