Lazy Daze is ideal for those that want to be close to the beach but away from the crowds!
Located at the beautiful Purple Parrot Resort in Perdido Key Florida.

This POOLSIDE (upstairs) one bedroom cottage with LOFT overlooks the Tiki Bar and waterfall cascading into the 5,000 square foot outdoor pool.

Imagine yourself enjoying the sunset from the screened-in balcony while listening to live music from the Tiki Bar. (Closed until Feb. 1st 2026.) This is surely the perfect setting for a small family or couple looking to enjoy a lazy afternoon.

In an effort to make your stay more enjoyable, this cottage is equipped with a king size bed in the master, a sleeper sofa in the living room and two twin beds in the loft.

This cottage also features a half bath in the living area which is a rarity for a one bedroom.

More features include wireless internet, two large plasma TV's and a kitchen ready for the gourmet chef!

In addition to the large outdoor pool with two waterfalls and island hot tub the resort also boasts an indoor pool which is heated during the cooler months, an indoor hot tub, two saunas and a fitness center.

The resort is surrounded by amenities, including golf, swimming, world-class fishing, marina, miles of beachcombing and great restaurants. Come stay at the Purple Parrot and experience the best island resort vacation that northwest Florida has to offer!

The house is beautiful, exactly what we needed for our family of 4, clean and that master bed was very comfortable. The pool is beautiful well kept and supervised which is great, a major plus is the tiki bar and grill right by the pool! The location is perfect with the beach down the road on one side and Publix on the other side for groceries. If we ever visit again this is where I’d want to stay.

The perfect place to stay! Loved the convenience of it. Seconds from the beach, grocery stores, restaurants and fun! The condo was gorgeous, clean, and provided everything we needed for our weekend.

Overall great stay! Location was perfect. Walking to local sports bar was nice too! Condo was nicely decorated and poolside view was wonderful! Cleanliness has room for improvement. Toliet was not wiped, coffee maker was dirty and floors were sticky. We saw the cleaning crew & thats the problem, lazy and dirty. Would stay again!

This stat was amazing. Everything was beautiful and well laid out. My kids enjoyed the indoor pool as it turned a little chilly during our stay. The owner was fast to reply to my messages and we will most definitely be back during the summer.

This was our second time staying here and both times have been amazing. The property is clean and very equipped. The only problem that we had was the outside lightbulb had burned out so we didn’t have good lighting when we were leaving on the stairs at night and the pots and pans were warped so they wouldn’t set flush on the stove top when we tried to cook breakfast making that a challenge. Owner may be unaware but by the way it’s kept otherwise I’m sure they would replace these items for future use.

3rd straight year at Purple Parrot, 2nd straight year in this unit, and once again it did not disappoint. This is the only unit that we will ever get, once you're spoiled with a shaded poolside screened in porch, you'll never change. Always clean and excellent communication. Next year's trip can't get here soon enough..

Lazy Daze was a perfect rental property for us. The unit was immaculate, very comfortable, and tastefully decorated. The kitchen was well equipped and had all of the conveniences. We especially enjoyed sitting out on the screened porch that overlooked the pool. Our only regret is that we couldn’t stay longer!

Loved the condo. Bright and clean. Beautifully decorated in beach decor. Purple Parrot resort was easy to find right on side of road. Unit was a bit hard to find. It sits in back (facing pool) of unit 9 which is on parking side. Great view. In this picture it is on the far left side top. Didn't find place to put trash. No one knew where it was.

Perfect for us

This place was perfect for us. The family really had a good time because of the location. Owner communicated with us with no delay. Place was very clean and so pretty. My son really loved the loft so he had his own space. Great beds! Awesome water pressure!

We booked this property specifically for its location close to the tiki bar. We loved sitting on the screened in porch every night and people watching/listening. You can also see the whole pool so we could watch our teenage girls from the balcony. The only thing that could make it better would be a ceiling fan. The property was very clean and comfy. Good beds and comfy living room furniture. Something to note: no outside food or drink at the pool so if you’re planning to save money by packing your own, you’re out of luck. We spent about a million dollars at the tiki bar but it was totally worth it. The beach is technically walkable but I wouldn’t. It’s a main road with no sidewalk. The public beach access was nice and always had parking so it was no biggie! We will definitely be back! We loved our time there and I miss it already!

Beautiful Condo

This condo was beautiful and just as described! The bed was comfortable. We loved the screened porch overlooking the pool and tiki bar. We were able to listen to the music from the porch which was great! I would stay here again!
