Guests do not share apartments, but it is in the UPSTAIRS of a bigger home. There is NO central HVAC, but three window units completely cool/heat the space. Also, NO washer/dryer at this location.

Excellent location. You’re a 15-minute drive from pretty much everything you’d want to see and do. Property was spotless and very comfortable. If you like a bathtub you are out of luck but I’m a shower guy so

Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised, the apartment is large and clean. It is centrally located to the beach and downtown. This is an older property on a busy road.

Host was welcoming and took care of everything I needed. A super crazy cold front came through for the weekend I was there and Cindy provided me with a space heater, and extra blankets! Would stay there again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place was clean and well stocked. Very spacious and quit neighborhood. The only complaint I would have is the stairs sway when you go up and down them. Would definitely stay here again.

A well-loved architectural gem from yesteryear with high ceilings and lots of natural light. A charming private balcony completes the picture for this reasonably priced, spacious apartment. The best part of my stay, however, is when the air conditioning went out on a sweltering August morning, a single phone call is all it took for Dr. Tant, her assistant Anita, and maintenance person Chris to spring into action and have it repaired in two hours. Two hours! During a Florida summer heatwave! Many thanks to all. I highly recommend this rental.

Great Experience

The check in process was very easy and the location is great! Very close to downtown Pensacola and comfortably houses 3 people. The property was also very clean and had a good sized kitchen. Only a 15 minute drive from the beach!

Lovely stay, and very considerate host

My mother and I stayed in Pensacola at the Gulf Coast BNB. Everything was clean, and we had everything we needed to enjoy our time. Only minor negative was that the balcony faces a very busy, noisy road.

Cute but old/historic

Its a cute apartment and very convenient to downtown. The apartment is old and could use some upgrades. The neighborhood seemed pretty safe. The check in process was very simple no complaints.
