Gorgeous Riverside 3 Bedroom, 3 Bath Perfect Getaway!

This amazingly spacious, beautifully decorated 3-bedroom 3-bath condo is on the first floor of the building and overlooks Perdido Key's gorgeous Ole River, SeaSpray's pool and Marina, as well as Riverside's Grill House. It has a wrap-around balcony with outside access from the Living Room, Dining Room, and the Master and Guest Bedrooms. Talk about panoramic views! The Master bedroom hosts a king-sized bed and has an en suite bath and a walk-in shower. The adorable second bedroom has 2 full-sized beds and also has an en suite bath. The third bedroom has a cozy queen-sized bed, and there's a roomy guest bathroom in the hallway. This condo truly has plenty of space for privacy, sleeping, lounging, and making memories with friends and family! It's tasteful and sassy décor will have you wrapped comfortably in a throw, on the sofa, watching the sun rise, coffee or mimosa in hand! The modern kitchen is sure to please anyone wanting to cook a nice meal for family or guests. The kitchen also features a drip coffee maker, as well as a Keurig for all you coffee lovers. You can also enjoy the beautiful sunsets that the Riverside has to offer while lounging outside on this incredible patio! You can even take a romantic stroll down the nearby pier with your loved one. There are newly resurfaced tennis & pickleball courts and a refreshing swimming pool, literally, just outside your door. No trying to find something to do with so much fun at your convenience! Parking is right at your doorstep, so there's not even any waiting for an elevator! You're a short, safe walk across the street, where you can relax with your toes in the sand while enjoying the sun and sparkling warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico. SeaSpray also has 2 more pools, a hot tub, and a well-equipped, beachfront fitness center on-site. Come and enjoy all that we have to offer while visiting this condo. It really is the perfect getaway!

This was our second time staying at Riverside but the first time in this unit. We love the location and use of the boat ramp. Communication with staff and check in was great. Everyone we met from the staff to other guests and owners were all very nice and friendly. We did have some issues with privacy as the blinds in all rooms need some attention. The living area we couldn’t get to close at all. With the unit being on the first floor and on the corner by the pavilion and dock, everyone walking by at night could see inside. Also, one of the bedrooms was missing blinds and wouldn’t close all the way leaving no privacy in a bedroom as well. We also noticed a smell upon arrival inside the unit that we couldn’t quite locate so we assume it was either from age of unit, something wet or maybe even previous pets. The smell would come and go throughout our stay but we were only there at night and it wasn’t as noticeable from the master bedroom. Other than these issues, we love SeaSpray Riverside and would definitely stay here again!

It was fine.

The home is beautiful, just as shown. The check in was not great. There was miscommunication on getting the check in instructions. The after hours communication wasn’t great for us either. And I know it is summer but I still could have used a blanket on the master bedroom bed.

Rodents

Upon arrival the keys wouldn’t open the door. Maintenance had to take out the dead bolt lock and spray the bottom lock in order to get in the room. Also the next night there was rodents in the wall. The changed out the fire alarm and didn’t put a cover over the hole on the wall. The property manager said that there was nothing they could do. The said it could had been an perdido ray and it was protected. Will Not stay there again and want recommend this property to anyone.

Our favorite place to stay on Perdido Key

Since moving from the Perdido area to Louisiana 14 years ago, I make the trip back often and any time we have friends that want to make a trip with us we book at Sea Spray. We usually bring our boat, so the location on Old River side is perfect. Boat ramp on site, docks are convenient and the condos are spacious, beautifully furnished and are located close to shopping and many great restaurants. The property manager and staff are always friendly and helpful. We’ve had many visits to Sea Spray and look forward to many more in the future!

A Good Mini Vacation

Well we arrived Thursday after 4:30 and once we checked into the condo everthing seemed great. There were two maybe three small issues but nothing too serious. We were there for 3 nights. The main issue I and my family had was the temperature that Saturday morning. A cold front came and the cold air was blowing a lot. The cold air blowing off the water made it even colder. I needed the temp adjusted to a warmer setting. The first time they adjusted the temp was Thursday and it warmed up. Thanks by the way. I called the office and the listed emergency number for Sea Spray Saturday for someone in maintainace to adjust the thermostat to a warm setting and never heard from them. There was an issue with the dryer drying. After washing and drying clothes, the dryer took at least 3 cycles to dry one large load on medium heat to high heat. We didn't have this problem until Saturday night when washing clothes. However everything else was just GREAT with the condo. The Ole River is behind to condo and the beach is right across the street behind the other two Sea Spray building. I stayed at Sea Spray Riverdale. The lovely condo is well maintained and the furnishings are comfortable. We enjoyed the balcony, pool and pier. It's in a great location. All three Sea Spray buildings are close to great restaurants, shopping, and fun activities for everyone. I recommend this place for Families, Girls Getaways, Guys Trips and for anyone who wants to have a relaxing and fun vacation. Thanks Again, Laronda Myles

Daughter’s Birthday Week/ Prefect Getaway

Easy check in, condo was excellent, quiet and very comfortable. Prefect getaway, didn’t have to worry about over crowded beach or pool. Definitely planning on going back!

Great chill location close to everything

Property was just as described and had plenty of room for our big family. The beach, pools, and hot tub were very easy to get to. We appreciated that it wasn’t a party atmosphere like a bunch of nearby properties seemed to be and we will certainly highly consider this place if we come back to this area.
