The Space:
Step into this spacious and thoughtfully designed four-bedroom home, perfect for groups of up to 12 guests. From the moment you enter, you're greeted by a cozy foyer complete with a mirror, shoe cabinet, and tasteful decorative touches like a vase and framed artwork. Just beyond, the beautifully designed dining room sets the tone—featuring a grand chandelier, split-type AC, and seating for 13. Large windows showcase a captivating water view, while the modern wooden furniture and rich hardwood flooring create an atmosphere of warmth and sophistication.

To the left of the foyer, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen with sleek cabinetry, ample countertops, and essential appliances, including a refrigerator, oven, and a dedicated coffee bar. The adjacent living room is bright and inviting, with a large window that fills the space with natural light. Settle in on the cozy sofa to enjoy a 50-inch TV, split-type AC, and ceiling fan for year-round comfort.

The main level hosts the luxurious master bedroom, featuring a king-size bed, a 43-inch smart TV, a cabinet, a ceiling fan, and a private en-suite bathroom with both a bathtub and a shower. Two additional bedrooms each feature a queen bed, dresser, nightstand, and lampshade, styled with care for a restful ambiance. The fourth bedroom offers two twin beds and similar thoughtful decor.

Downstairs, the lower level opens to a bright and airy family area with stylish white couches, another 50-inch smart TV, and a bunk bed—ideal for younger guests or extra sleeping space. This level also includes a second kitchen and a dining table that seats six, perfect for casual meals or movie-night snacks.

Step outside to enjoy the spacious, fully fenced yard featuring a private hot tub for ultimate relaxation. The property includes high-speed WiFi, a full bathroom with towels and soaps provided, an in-unit washer and dryer, and an ironing station for added convenience.

Guests are granted complete access to the entire residence. For your convenience, a self-check-in system is in place, facilitated by a smart lock that utilizes an exclusive code designated solely for your use.

We cannot guarantee an early check-in before 4 pm, as we need time to make sure this property is perfect for you before your stay! Please message us on the day of your arrival to see if the property is ready, no earlier than 2 pm.

Check-in Process: All guests will need to complete our secure, online ID Verification process to receive the door code and check-in instructions. Similar to hotels requiring photo ID upon check-in, we ask that guests provide a copy of their government-issued ID, a matching selfie, and a credit card to verify identity. This is used to prevent fraudulent reservations, identity verification, and for the safety of all guests and homes. We take data security very seriously. All information entered into this form is encrypted and transmitted securely over SSL. By completing the reservation, you agree to the following:
1. I agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
2. I acknowledge that I will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card through our online portal prior to check-in.

House Rules Required

AGE REQUIREMENT: The main guest must be at least 21 years old. We cannot accommodate guests who do not meet this age requirement unless prior approval has been granted our team before check-in.

Quiet Hours begin at 10:00 pm per city ordinance. Please be courteous of the neighbors during your stay.

Dog Policy:
-This house is dog-friendly. Please be respectful of those who will stay after you by cleaning up all pet waste and disposing of it in the large trash bins. Thank you in advance!
* Dogs are welcome for an additional fee ($75 per dog/week). 3 dogs max. All dogs must be approved before check-in. No other animals are permitted unless they are service animals. There are no charges for service animals.

Type of Cooling for the Home
Split-type AC units are best kept at 68 degrees or above. Due to the lack of humidity in the area, if the thermostat is lowered below 68 degrees, it is possible that it can freeze up if it is working too hard. Unfortunately, it will take 24 hours for the unit to defrost before an HVAC specialist can service it. Our evenings are generally cool in the summertime, simply opening the windows will provide extra natural coolness.
