"They maintain the outside of the hotel very clean. They have plenty of parking. They provide coffee 24/7 and refreshments when you arrived. The rooms are not 100% clean. The kitchen appliances are no clean properly. "This is the second Holiday Inn Express hotel i have stayed in and have had horrible experiences at both. This time, I stayed at the Allentown North location to work in an area hospital and was awakened by something biting me. I got up, called the front desk, packed my bags, and threw away my pajamas. I went down and showed the bites to the receptionist who seemed indifferent and unapologetic. I asked her to write an incident report and she said she didnt have one nor did ahe have any other rooms...

"I strongly recommend this hotel. The hotel was clean. The room was excellent. The beds comfortable. The kitchen was clean and well stocked with necessary kitchen items. Pots and pans looked new, no scratches or nicks. Towels clean, soft and plentiful. I can't think of anything to complain about. Staff was polite, friendly, professional and knowledgeable.
