"I found the property to be very clean and well equipped. It was slightly smaller than I expected, but as I was staying alone that wasn't a problem. I believe it would be plenty big enough for a couple. It was a great location for me as I was visiting quite a few sites around the area. "Perfect location next to marina and the beach, beautiful panoramic view on Swansea and surrounding hills, very close to shops and restaurants, there is the bar on 28th floor with amazing view in all directions, apartment is very nice, clean and comfortable, host is very friendly and told me what is worth to visit around, where I can find local shops and good restaurants. "The apartment was absolutely immaculately clean. The beds were comfortable and the was plenty of space to relax in the lounge. The little balcony overlooking the marina was a lovely spot to have a cuppa! The location is very convenient for both the City Centre and the Beach. The host Joan was friendly and welcoming.
