"I appreciated that there are several helpful, very knowledgeable and friendly staff at front desk and concierge to accurately answer my various questions (e.g., closest and best places to change money, how to catch the airport shuttle, etc). Love the location. Very comfortable staying at the YMCA Hotel in Kowloon. Special thank you to Jacky for the Partial Harbour View corner suite on the 13th floor - husband and I loved the views there. "I love this hotel. Stayed many times in the past. Always exceptional staff and willing to help when needed. I forgot my phone in the cab, tired from my 20 hour travel day. They were able to locate the driver and had my phone in hand in less than 20 minutes. Also got my room ready at 8:30 am. They went above and beyond. This is the only hotel I will stay in when coming to Hong Kong."
