"We stayed in the cottage 24 years ago and loved it. It has not changed much. This is the charm of the place. The cottage is situated in a quiet setting on Loch Sunart and after exploring all day was a nice place to relax and unwind. Our host Charlie was great. We had a water issue and it was handled straight away. I hope to return soon. A week was to short."

"The Beach House is centrally located on the island and a great base to explore all the main sights. There is a modern (quite gentrified) cafe/farm shop 3mins drive away, and a small supermarket 5mins drive away in the nearest town. There is a small hotel about 5mins walk away which has a bar and restaurant. "Very comfortable and cozy cottage by the shore with everything we needed as a small group with a young child. Kitchen was well stocked to prepare meals, we were close driving distance to beautiful hikes and vistas. Would definitely return and absolutely recommend. "

Pull out bed) plus lots of information on the island available. It was clean and ideally located on the Main Street with only about an 8 min walk to the buses at the car park. "
