Our room in the sister hotel had slow drain and Smokey smell due to someone smoking in the fire scape. They managed to move us right away and even put us in a bigger room. "This hotel is hard to locate, you have to enter where a Starbucks is and it is across the hall, my only issue with my stay here was finding it. Anna and Mia at the desk were fantastic. The hotel has water, coffee and tea. Beds and baths are very nice. The hotel is on a street that is walkable with subway stations withing a few mins. Absolutely would stay here again."

"The staff are so welcoming and went above and beyond. Really helped my wife out with medical needs. So polite and willing to help. The breakfast was fresh and veried. Traditional Chinese foods but also some normal breakfast items to keep kids happy. Also provide an afternoon tea with traditional treat but also have popcorn and candy floss. A great addition.
