Disappointing stay. Seems there are no staff anywhere. Poor service at restaurants, went to the spa to book and was empty, went to gift shop says it's open but no staff, same with bars. Large room by the pool was amazing, felt private and relaxed because of the design of hotel. Very close to monkey forest and shops/restaurants. Staff all very friendly and kind. Had massage on arrival which was amazing.
