The duty manager Laras is extremely professional. The hotel should compliment her. The room is well kept and clean. Location is convenient to most place.

Os Style Hotel Batam Centre
Unexpected stay. Very clean, modern , new. Price was reasonable. Felt safe. Although my room faces the entrance and street light, the windows were quite sound proof.

Meisterstadt Pollux Habibie
Very bad experience. Totally below expectations. Photos all showed so nice. The room is the direct opposite. The only nice area is the entrance lobby and reception. The property was beautiful and picturesque. Breakfast was good. The villa was spotless and very comfortable.
