This was apparently a scam
We never got a true confirmation or check in information for this property. When we called VRBO (very difficult from abroad) they said this was a false listing (my daughter had to do this in the states as it was too difficult form afar). We eventually was reimbursed but we had to scramble to find ...

Y llegando a la propiedad la propiedad, no contaba con agua caliente, se me propuso me cambiaran a una de menor tamaño en camas, lo cual no era viable para mi familia y yo. Excelente servicio por parte de los anfitriones, Ángel el cocinero muy atento y muy rica su comida, muy lindo complejo y una excelente vista de la Laguna.
