"During our two day stay, on day one, the toilet would not flush and it took a whole day before anyone came to fix it. Had to go the the main level to use a restroom. Also, the onsite restarant, the Tin Lizard staff were not good servers. Drinks were empty and we felt like a burden"

"Pool and hot tub were inside but the hot tub jets were not working (or the switch to start was not to be found). We thought the breakfast would be similar to what we had earlier in the week at the Norman OK location—or better since it was a weekend but the breakfast was not nearly as good (cheap sausages without casings, no french toast sticks)."

"Rooms was not clean and they did not clean them once while we was there. There was 2 bath towels in room upon arrival. I told staff 4 of us so we need 2 more towels they wouldnt give them to us"

"The room was very dusty, stains on the curtains and grime on the walls and caked on nastiness on the light switches. There was not a comforter on the bed, just thin worn out blanket between 2 sheets. When i asked for a comforter or thicker blanket the lady at the front desk said the 2 sheets and blanket equals the thickness of a comforter. She refused to give me another blanket. "

"For the price it's not what I expected for a Hilton property. Rooms are of a dorm style but they were nice, clean, beds comfy and quiet. No in room coffee maker or ice bucket as listed. Breakfast was totally continental. A variety of shops, restaurants, etc are nearby. It was sufficient for the weekend."

"This is our go-to hotel when we are in Wichita. It never disappoints... the staff is super friendly and they greet us like we live there! The hotel has its own style with live music and happenings downtown. The breakfast is awesome too (but its not free). Great hotel. "

"The staff at this property were the absolute sweetest. The building seems quite old, but fixed it up decently & seemed to really put a lot into decor. Beds were comfy & tv’s were outdate. Least favorite thing is that there was practically nothing for breakfast. Over all, we had a safe stay & actually wouldn’t mind staying again."

"The guy at the counter was extremely kind and courteous, and that was about the only positive part. The room was falling apart, there were stains on the mattresses, there were exposed wires, the smoke alarm had a towel in it, there was a live insect in the towels, the window wasn't fully connected to the wall; it was overall the worst room I've ever stayed in. The room was way overpriced, even at the discount, and we only stayed out of desperation. If there's a room available literally anywhere...
