It was the nicest house on the block. Bathrooms were very nice. Great to have a laundry. Some updating suggested, but we were comfortable and the house was very clean. We liked the off street parking.

Vrry clean and comfortable. John is a wonderful super accommodating host. We had a medical emergency and he was vety helpful making us comfortable and assistance with the emergency. We had a very pleasant stay and would definitely stay again. We came from Wisconsin to visit Pionneer Woman mercantile.Thank you John and your wonderful wife for understanding this situation and allowing my service dog to accommodate us! You showed true Oklahoma charm.! Thank you!!

I answered the questions for what I thought it would have been had we got to stay there. We had to cancel our visit the day before we were supposed to leave. We were coming to watch our granddaughter compete in a Jr. High Rodeo at the fairgrounds in Pawhuska. I let the owner know and I realized that it was too late to cancel for a refund but could not get a hold of VRBO. I was on hold for over ten minutes. I at least thought that I might get reimbursed for the cleaning fee since no one stayed there. I tried to cancel online but couldn't get it done since it was too late. Very disappointed with my experience with VRBO.

We stayed two days to vicit the Mercantile and see the Pioneer Women set. Was very pleased to find the ramp in the car port and the accessible master bedroom. We were very comfortable, altho the couch was a bit too low for us older gals to get up from :)

Relaxing Girl’s Getaway

The house was really lovely. My daughter and I stayed for a long weekend and enjoyed the comfortable beds, couch, kitchen, and especially the porch swing. The house is close enough to walk to all the Pioneer Woman things, but we mostly drove. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. I would definitely stay here again!!

Pawhuska 4th of July

Great weekend in Pawhuska with friends. This house had plenty of room and was very comfortable. Great location! Was close to everything-not to walk but very short drives. Hosts were very friendly. Would stay here again.

Tiny Diamond in the Rough

Enjoyed the house! The bed in the front room closest to the front door is very uncomfortable it’s like sleeping down hill! Other than that everything else was fine! I would definitely recommend staying there it’s charming and private and it’s in a very quiet neighborhood!!

It’s the bare minimum

Run down neighborhood. No coffee, creamer or sugar. Owner asks you to take out trash, run dishwasher and strip beds along with a 60 cleaning fee. No filtered or bottled water. Ice machine doesn’t work. Patio furniture very dilapidated and table is broken. No spices for cooking

I go to Pawhuska at least twice a year to get away. Haven on the hill was the best place so comfy and cozy. Comfortable bed and great kitchen also loved the location it was perfect. I will definitely stay there again. Thanks for everything!!!

Cozy house In Pawhuska

We loved our stay in Pawhuska. The house was clean and neat. It felt like staying at Grandma’s house, but that makes me happy. Quiet neighborhood. Convenient to downtown. You only have one key to the property. Be careful with it. We accidentally locked ourselves out of the house. I did not have a phone number to contact the owner. I only had email . It was nighttime, so after an hour or so, we ended up calling a locksmith to get in the house, as we did not know what else to do. That was an unexpected cost.

Best Rental in Pawhuska

We highly recommend this Rental for many reasons. It is centrally located, super cute and quaint little home but perfect in every way. The house made us feel like we were in a cabin that had all the things we needed.The home was clean and exactly like the listing. The owner John was great to communicate with and made us feel welcomed. The neighborhoods in Pawhuska are a bit run down and its because its a very old town but it has so much charm and the people are so incredibly kind. This rental really stands out because it is so cute. I would definitely rent it again when we come back.
