    LOVELY HOME located near Westerly, New London, Groton and Mystic. Cape style house set on a Cul de Sac in a quiet neighborhood. There are two spacious bedrooms (on the second floor) a large kitchen (fully stocked) with breakfast counter (suitable as workspace), a spacious living room and a gathering room for children and families, with television and games. A half bath downstairs and a full bath with tub and shower upstairs. Set on 1/2 acre with back deck, private driveway and back yard. Located close to Foxwoods and Mohegan Sun , 30 minutes from Providence, and less than 1 hour from Newport.

We had a great time. It was super hot when we stayed so the air conditioners were very important. They were working hard. Everything was clean, organized and super convenient. It seemed everything was about 20 minutes away, which was great. Would definitely recommend.

A home away from home! Clean and cozy! The home even had toys, games, and books set aside for little ones, which was so very appreciated by us! The location was perfect for exploring Watch Hill, Stonington, Mystic, etc. Communication with host was excellent: thoughtful and timely! We would love to stay here again!

I enjoyed two nights here with my family. We found everything to be clean and clearly labeled. Location was great for time at the Mystic Seaport and Aquarium. Highly recommend!

My husband and I stayed here for our 7 day vacation on the CT/RI coast. The house was the perfect place for us to explore the area. Joanne has provided a lovely house with attention to detail in decorating and instructions for the stay. The area is very quiet, I walked every morning and rarely saw more than a couple of cars on the road. Joanne was very responsive to any questions we had. We would highly recommend this VRBO.

Home Away From Home

My family and I stayed for a long weekend getaway. The house was a great home base for us. We visited Misquamicut Beach, Mystic Seaport, the aquarium, and the surrounding towns. The house was very comfortable had everything we needed. Thanks!

Great house in Pawcatuck

Nice house in Pawcatuck. Just 15 minutes to Mystic. We grilled and our 6 year old had a lot of fun running around in the yard. We loved it!

Great cottage

We loved our week long stay. The cottage is incredibly clean and well-kept with all the comforts of home. The living areas are comfortable and the deck is wonderful, overlooking a forested area. The host was very responsive to questions. This was one of our best stays ever. Thank you!

The instructions for getting into the property were easy to follow, the house was clean and well organized and I LOVED (and so did the kids) that there were games for them to play!

Great find

Clean, safe and close to attractions what more could you want. This was a charming place and only a few minutes away from beaches and shopping. Well stocked place that provided soap, toliet paper, paper towels etc... which was great as you don't need to rush to store first thing to get this type of stuff. Nice yard for kids to run around a bit. Communication with owner was very quick and helpful answering our questions. Overall this is a great place and I highly recommend it !

Charming Home In Quiet Residental Area

This is a lovely home in a very convenient location. It was very hot while we were visiting, so the AC was wonderful. They have a portable unit downstairs that is effective at cooling the first floor and AC units in each of the two upstairs bedrooms. The house was very clean and well stocked with plenty of towels and linens. The kitchen is generously sized and updated with plenty of pots & pans a as well as dishes/glasses. There is a long counter across from the oven/stovetop/microwave that we used as a workstation during the day for our two computers which was very handy. It’s on a quiet dead end residential street…but very close to shopping and restaurants. When my young grandchildren stopped by for a few hours- they really enjoyed the toys and puzzles in the family room. The owner was quick to respond to our emails. Would highly recommend this property.
