"Room was very clean. "

"The room was clean and the pool was warm on a wintery day. They were painting the dining area so there was no hot food. It was a good stay. "

"We had a family emergency so we had to leave the first night, therefore did not partake in the breakfast. The day manager that my husband spoke to was so kind and accommodating since we had to cancel our 2 remaining days. The kitchen lacked supplies, the evening mgr said guests steal the flatware, dishes etc. she was able to get flatware & dishes from another room. Bathroom soap, shampoo dispensers were empty, which she filled for us."

"Hotel was full. So you would think they would keep up on having enough breakfast knowing mostly everyone was there for a wrestling tournament and would all be eating and leaving at around the same times. My son and I barely got any food"

"Great staff clean rooms that were spacious as well. We had 2 closets and everything to cook with right in the room! Great stay with the kids!"

"The room was clean however not in the best condition. The headboard on the bed was peeling leaving black flakes all over the bed and the foot stool was peeling as well. We were there for a wrestling tournament but a lot of the kids were running wild throughout the halls and up and down the elevators and breakfast was ok. Cereal/oatmeal/eggs/waffles/ muffin/scone/bagel/yogurt. I was disappointed that they ran out of milk. And no microwave in the room. All of the ice machines on all three floors...

"The Internet doesn't work. I was able to get Baymont Internet every so often. Because it would keep kicking me off. But everything else was excellent!! "

"Security: Fire alarms went off a couple of times, no communication from management. Overall: clean, comfortable, courtious, convenient for our meetings."

"Angela at the front desk was amazing. We had a party of six with my family and needed a few extras for the room. Angela was excellent and most accommodating!! as far as amenities, the pool and cleanliness of the hotel were fair. Our room specifically didn’t have a shower curtain on when we got there and there were food splatter all over the wall walls in the kitchen."

"Loved that housekeeping has visited my room everyday I have been there. Fresh towels and restroom supplies. Thank You very much. "

"Small pool, breakfast was less than blah and never changed, but rooms were big and nice shower. House keeping would take dirty towels, but not restock them. Did not restock toilet paper or tissues. No pool towels available, they gave you wash clothes in place of them. "

"The staff here was like being at home. Marlene and her team set the bar for guest appreciation. From the front desk greeting to folllow up in the bar restaraunt we felt like we were invited to dinner and drinks. Frank the bar tender served us dinner and even cheese cake in the lounge area. Food was excellent both dinner and breakfast. Everything in the room worked and was spotless. Add this one to your stay here list"

"Breakfast was alright it was a busy weekend and breakfast was busy and the sweet desk girl had to go between desk and making more breakfast but over all a good stay"
