"The room was clean and everything was in working order. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. They had a restaurant that served good food at reasonable prices. The only things that kept me from rating it 5 stars was that one day housekeeping did not tidy up the room, so the next day I had to request this service. "We had a great time at Lazy Tiki. Philippe and Juliana welcomed us warmly and made our stay comfortable. The place is quiet and relaxing. The pool is nice and refreshing. We had a wonderful, hearty breakfast prepared by Philippe and Juliana. We are very grateful. Would love to come visit again in the future. I told my family and friends. "Staff very friendly. Owner was there also, and able to talk with her as well. Had a power outage, and staff was able to transfer guests to other rooms that had power that was on the site's back up generator."

"Beautiful place and amazing staff, but lots of ants in the room - in the toilet, on the desk, on the bed. Only espresso cups available in the room, no proper coffee cups. Thin walls. We can hear people laughing outside and in the next room. Bed sheets were dirty as well."

"No signs leading to SM mall. Sidewalk is not appropriate bc it has a tight curve among cars. There is a proper walkway but there is no signage and no way a guest could find it. There was a minor earthquake and floor was swaying. There were no alerts or warnings for guests on upper floors. None of the staff were aware. "

"Was clean the food was so, so the people were very friendly and nice, the Internet was no good. The showers were ice cold there were no phones in the room. Nothing was near for meals or anything, they did not come to pick us up at the airport"

"Nice place if you’re passing through quickly. For any longer stay, please be aware that there are no amenities, such as complementary water soap, shampoo, coffee, in the lake that usually come with higher end hotels. In fact, if you wanted a drink of fresh water, you had to take the cup out of the room to the hallway by the elevator and fill it up at a water fountain. Not too convenient!"
