This Pauanui home is the perfect holiday spot for a family or group of friends looking to enjoy a classic Kiwi summer holiday with a touch of luxury, you are sure to make some great memories here.

Enjoy the modern and comfortable design of Bonanza Beauty with seamless indoor-outdoor flow. The handy sliding doors allow to you step out onto two outdoor dining spaces, allowing you to catch both morning and afternoon sunshine.

Imagine sitting on the deck, watching the changing colours of the sky at sunset while the BBQ sizzles away in the background.

When you’ve got many mouths to feed, the fully equipped kitchen will provide you with ample conveniences to keep everyone happy. In the cooler months whip up some snacks and cosy up on the couch to watch some Netflix.

Spread across two expansive storeys, this holiday home offers five generously sized bedrooms. Two bathrooms, plus the convenience of an additional guest toilet and outside shower, complete the set up for your stay.

Boasting its own private walkway to the beach, spending days soaking up the sun and immersing yourself into the refreshing blue waters will be all too easy.

After a long day at the beach, treat yourself to the high-pressure, hot outdoor shower before pouring a drink and chilling out on one of the bean bags.
