"The property itself was great! Clean, comfortable, nice and helpful staff! Decent breakfast too. The parking garage is across the street, there are no carts to haul your luggage through a parking garage, down an alley across the street to check in on the 2nd floor of the Hotel. Quite inconvenient and sooo many sketchy, drugged out weirdos in that area. It’s sad to see Colorado Springs go downhill. "

"We had a lovely, relaxing stay at this gem nestled next to Garden of the Gods. The property is beautiful and the staff is very welcoming and knowledgeable about the history behind the hotel. They were doing construction on the castle when we were there so we could only see the first floor. We stayed in one of the lodges. The rooms are simple and clean. Great for an affordable getaway and home base while you explore Manitou and the surrounding area."

"The location was great and had been remodeled about three years ago. The staff was friendly, helpful and professional. The new coffee machine that grinds the beans and makes a single cup of coffee is a new addition to the complimentary breakfast!"

"Super Nice stay, very big and clean rooms, awesome bathrooms, very nice restaurant with amazing view, big parking lot for self parking but also free valet, staff is super friendly. If you have a room with garden you have wild deer and rabbits on the lawn in the morning. Absolutely nice hotel"
