Most beautiful Penthouse!

In a quiet area, middle in the centre of Pattaya we build this Penthouse. The Penthouse (second floor) has a fantastic view over a small lake and the mountain, has all the luxury that you will need for an amazing holiday in Thailand. In a few minutes you are on the beach or in the 'nightlife' and 'shopping' area.
The Penthouse in 'Thai-Bali style', is built to European standards with double walls, quality hardware in 2010 and have an European kitchen, cable TV, DVD, fast Internet service, luxurious bathroom, air conditioning, living room, dining room, terrace, king and queen size bed and a lot more for your fantastic holiday. There's a fantastic outdoor jacuzzi on the terrace. Probably one of the most beautiful Penthouses in Pattaya!

Everything about this place is exactly as described in the listing and reviews. Beautiful place, fast Wi-Fi, excellent A/C, great communication, very relaxing. Highly recommend. Best Vrbo I've stayed in.

Pattaya - Penthouse

Der Aufenthalt war gut, das Apartment zweckmässig ausgestattet, wobei ein 2. Bad/WC schön gewesen wäre. Die Schlafzimer sind auch ok, beide mit A/C ausgestattet. Die Couch im WoZi wird sicher bald erneuert, ziemlich durch... ;-) Man ist recht zentral gelegen, rund 2-3 km von den Stränden und Malls entfernt und rund 500m von einem kleinen Food Court/Markt, der abends gut besucht ist. Es gibt einige 7/11 Supermärkte in Laufnähe. Eine ruhige Gegend, genau richtig, wenn man gern zu Fuss sein Umfeld erkundet und in Kontakt mit Land und Leuten kommen möchte.

great place

property was clean and secure. daily cleaning service on vacation is a great thing. around the corner is a laundry service.. no loud nearby bars so nights were quiet. It rains in Thailand and during heavy rains there was some local flooding. When the rain stopped streets were immediately passable and city of Pattaya was on spot to pump out any excess water. To be fair the flooding caused no issues and with constant rain flooding could happen anywhere in Thailand.

Huoneisto vastasi kaikkea sitä mitä oli ilmoituksessa kuvia myöten. Keskustaan käveli n.15 min, mutta mopo taksi asema oli aivan vieressä. Autonkin sai nopeasti. Kannattaa ottaa googlemabsista kartta puhelimeen, niin taksi löytää reitin helpommin takaisin, koska asunto on tosi suojaisessa paikassa. Suosittelen. Pekka Suomesta.

Prachtig, comfortabel appartement!!

We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad. Het appartement is precies zoals op de foto, heel mooi. Alles werkt, is schoon en zeer vriendelijke eigenaresse. De buurt is super, dichtbij het centrum en toch heerlijk rustig. Als we terugkeren naar Pattaya zullen we dit zeker opnieuw willen huren. Bedankt!!

Not Too Hard To Find

Great penthouse, very comfortable, good air con and comfy beds. Serviced daily, but need to provide everything you need as water only is provided on day one to start you off. Small local stores very close by for water, beer etc or supermarkets in Regional road, also night market there. Local bars and restaurants to the left and to the right down Regional road. Initially hard to find, from town proper, come down Sip Chet road, which turns into Regional road, turn right into Regional road six, continue for maybe 300-400 metres to the small dam/lake. The property is right on the lake rear end. The clue is to say Regional road six , which the Thais say com ti din soi 6 . Some reviews said it was difficult to find how to get back to the accommodation, we took a photo of the Regional road 6 sign and the different resort signs on the power pole there, showed these to drivers and didn't have a problem. Can walk down to regional road to get transport, or about an 8 min walk to Thrappraya Rd to get a baht bus. This is a much better walk, minimal traffic, good road. Great accommodation, friendly, helpful staff members and manager.

Great vacation in Pattaya

Excellent stay in a gorgeous house. I stayed upstairs In the penthouse and downstairs in the big house. Excellent accommodations I also want to thank the girls that did my laundry every day and cleaned up the house. Fantastic service!!!

Exceptional property with with a great team running things.

Our stay here was brilliant any issues even tho very small once raised was resolved by the next day the property is very spacious and perfect for a family or like us a couple of friends you have enough room to have your own space without having to feel to like you are on top of each other they also let us make use of the downstairs pool when the property was vacant will definitely be staying here again on our return. Big thanks to Martin and Johan for being attentive to any request we had and especially our maid who made our stay simply delightful

Fantastische Unterkunft

Ich habe mich rundherum gut aufgehoben und wohl gefühlt. Tolle Unterstützung, sofern von Nöten, vor Ort, vielen lieben Dank an Martien und das ganze Team. Die Unterkunft selbst ist klasse, sehr sauber, geräumig und von der Lage her für mich perfekt. Innerhalb von 5 Minuten ist man im turbulenten Leben, aber ebenso schnell wieder in einer ruhigen Oase zurück. Ich werde gerne wiederkommen, da ich absolut nichts zu meckern habe...aber so soll es ja auch sein. Vielen Dank, dass ich hier Gast sein durfte.
