While some interactions were fine, one particular staff member—an older woman working the front desk—was consistently unpleasant and took away from the overall experience. "The staff was extremely nice and always willing to help. The woman working breakfast was just fantastic. Rooms were clean and adequate. I felt that our charge for the room was very fair. Our only concern was area seems to be changing. Closed businesses or ones that usually come in when decline begins. "

"The heat didn’t start getting warm until the next morning we checked in at 8pm and then when time to check out the 3rd shift worker left before the 1st worker got in. So I had to double back to get my deposit. We waited for about 30 mins with no employee on site. I live out of town had a appoint appointment so for me to have to double back was very inconvenient.
