"Perfect stay! Hotel is family owned and well cared for. They work the front desk and make sure you have everything you need. Very friendly and kind people. Bakery next door is owned by the son as well. Beds are the most comfortable we’ve had in the month of travelling in Asia. The mom said she sourced out 4 star hotel beds. You can tell the difference. "4인가족 2025 송크란때 방문 두 자녀 작은 물총도 챙겨주고 직원들이 도로에서 함께 물총싸움도 해주고 전통스러운 꽃 목걸이까지 받아왔네요 친절함과 (비교적신축급이라)청결함이 많이 기억에 남아요 다음에 푸켓타운 간다면 아르코호텔로 다시 갈듯 조식은 추가주문해도 별도 비용 없었습니다. 그리고 수영장은 성인전용이라고 되어 있지만 성인과 함께 들어가면 딱히 제재하지는 않았어요 수영장 깊이가 1.3m정도라 초등학생에게는 깊어서 그런듯 "

"2泊しました。プーケットタウン観光にはとても便利な立地です。施設はとても可愛く清潔です。実家のような安心感があります。常時受付に人がいるわけではなく、掃除など色々と動いているようです。受付の方は英語を話しませんでしたが、チェックインの説明にはGoogle翻訳を使用し教えてくれました。無駄に距離を詰めてくることもなく、こちらの要望に合わせて親切に対応してくれます。だから本当に居心地が良かった。 2階の部屋でしたが他の部屋の物音は聞こえてきませんでした。シャワーは熱いお湯がきちんと出ます。ドライヤーはフロントから借りていくシステムです。"
