Wake up to ocean views, a private fenced pool, and a quiet coastal neighborhood. Just a 15-minute walk to the beach, this family-friendly home comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests. Relax, entertain, and soak in the true Caribbean lifestyle in Patillas.

Casa Tropical features 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms on the main floor, and 1 bathroom near the pool. Enjoy ocean views from the balcony, a fully equipped kitchen, and a large master suite with a cozy seating area. Step outside to your private fenced pool, ideal for relaxing or entertaining.

Power Notes
Power outages can occur in Puerto Rico. A backup battery system keeps essential items running (lights, fridge, fans, TV). During outages, high-energy appliances are unavailable: A/C, microwave, hair dryer, water heater, washer, and dryer. While we strive for reliability, occasional interruptions may still occur due to factors beyond our control.

• A/C is available in bedrooms only
• Starter supplies (toilet paper & shampoo) provided for ~3 days
• Laundry detergent not provided (stores nearby, including Walmart)
• Booking confirms acceptance of the rental agreement and house rules

Beautiful Home

The home was beautiful. Clean pool. Breath taking views. Absolutely loved the roosters next door, loved being right by the ocean but still had the feeling of waking up in the “Campo”. Would definitely stay again. Thank you!

Great Property, Great Location!

Other than the oven not working (which Hector the property manager told us about when we checked in), and a couple of other minor electrical quirks as reported on previous reviews, . . we had a great time. We enjoyed some quiet time at the pool and the iguanas that dropped in to visit! We will definitely be back. Thank you, Aida and Greg!

Family vacation

Front view of the Caribbean beach, back view of the mountains, easy walk to the beach. A great pool to enjoy. Near by gestation, 5 minute walk to a mini market. Location in a chinchoreo route where you can buy food. Closed Walmart in the area and supermarket. In this house I fit 4 Adult and 6 children with no problem . Is a beautiful house and is big , I recommended.

Great Stay in Patillas

My family and I stayed in Patillas at Aida's house on PR3. The house was great and pool awesome. The house is just minutes from great beaches and other sites to visit. Make sure you shop at Rafa's Mini Market. They have everything you need if you forget to bring something. The people in the neighborhood are friendly. The restaurants are close, and the food is great. There are so many roadside restaurants to choose from, but make sure you bring your wallet, because some of the dishes are pricey. We had a great experience there and hope to go back in the future.

A mí me gusta mucho esa casa solo que al lado están construyendo una casa y las personas ya a las 6:00am están haciendo muchísimo ruido con las máquinas no se puede dormir bien así , pero respecto a la casa me encantó.

Lovely time in this house

This was a wonderful property for the 6 of us to stay at. We had just come from 5 days in Old San Juan and while we loved exploring there, the apt. was not great. This house in Patillas was perfect. It was super clean and comfortable. We loved the pool and the kitchen was great to cook in! This last is not always the case in rentals, but this kitchen was well stocked and invited cooking. We could see the beach from the patio and living room. We explored some beautiful beaches by car, and overall, our group, ages 25-70, loved our time in this house and in this area of P.R.

Beautiful Location

The location was breathtaking, you have the green forest view in the backyard and the ocean in the front. All the locals are so friendly. My kids had a blast in the pool. The only negatives that I have is the pool was not cleaned upon arrival. We arrived on Tuesday and the pool guy did not come until Thursday to clean it and the floor around the pool was pretty rough my kids had to wear socks while swimming because they had cuts from the rough surface. The manager was super nice.

Quaint and relaxed

We had a lovely time. You can get everywhere you could want to go on the island on a day trip without it being too touristy where you hang your hat. House and property seemed well maintained. Our contact with the propert manager was good. Only negatives master bedroom TV speaker was blown, and the dryer took 3 cycles to dry our clothes properly. Our contact said he would fix these small issues before the next guest. I would recommend this house and return without hesitation as it met our needs perfectly.

Gualdaraya beach house

The property was beautiful. We had a rough start with the pool, which was the main reason I rented the house. The pool appeared cloudy and the water was not clean also the filter pump was not running. But the property manager fixed it within one day. The water pressure in the shower was very low and the water was cold. Other than that, great location and beautiful house.

It’s ok

House has a lot of great features, however we found it very difficult to sleep with the roosters, dogs and construction next door. Also the kitchen needs a deep clean and some replacements. I washed each item before using and felt like nonstick tools should have been available for the nonstick pans. Bring fans or noise machines and beach towels.
