"All the staff were friendly and helpful. The entire place was very clean. The room was big, with a nice large tv, and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast had quite a few hot and cold options plus fruit and was perfect for me. The only complaint I have is the mini fridge didn't get/keep anything very cold and the freezer section barely chilled ice packs."

"I had a suite, and when we walked in the room, it had a smell as if the room had not been used recently. I turned the water on hot in the shower, and the water got lukewarm; I take hot showers. I reported it, and we moved to another room. Lot worse than the first. A really bad smell like a staled smell. The room was dusty, and the bed was not made up properly. The furniture was old and outdated. The sofa had white spots on it and very worn. I never sat on it, because I didn’t feel comfortable...

"The photos online look nothing like the actual property, it is run down and honestly looks like something from a horror movie. We went with a different hotel after seeing the property."

"Honestly was not expecting a clean quiet hotel, was greeted with amazing hospitality, a fully renovated hotel and comfortable place to rest. For the money you will not find a better value and experience."

"The room was so incredibly dirty that we had to go get a room at a different hotel. I have photos of the absolute FILTH!! The room smelled to awful that we became nauseous. I e had to borrow money from a family member to pay for the second hotel room. There was absolutely NO WAY that we or anyone would have been able to stay in that room."

"Our stay was great. Super comfortable beds and great lounging space. The only negative was the lack of direct connection to the rest of the area. The hotel is in a complex with restaurants and shops; however, there was not an easy or clearly marked way to walk there. We had to walk along the entry drive and avoid cars at night."

"I chose this property because of the pet friendly environment with the tile floors in the rooms. The small refrigerator/freezer and the microwave were a nice bonus too. The only downside was when I used a cloth to wipe up a water spill and the cloth became black with filth on the floor. I think that floor may not have been mopped in a month!"
