"I came in the summer. The room was outdated, simple, and small. Could hear neighboring guests in rooms to sides and above. The indoor pool was tiny and the size of a hot tub, connected to the rest of the pool, that was outdoors. The did have indoor hot tub. The outdoor pool was nice."

"Easy check-in and out, small, no air conditioning; only a gas stow for heating, need to keep windows open for airflow and oxygen. Not suitable for a long stay. Cleanliness is great, especially for such an old place."

"This place needs serious updates, wifi is terrible, tennis courts and area outside of hotel is not taken care of at all. The room wasn’t cleaned very well, good thing we got some cleaning supplies to clean. All the bedding was old and also the carpet, very musky smell. Our room had no fridge, microwave or extra towels. "No breakfast that I was aware of in Estes Park. Property around room and cabins in disarray. Pool ,barbaque/grills not in working order and generally pretty messy outside and surroundings but my room was excellent. Sitting on my deck overlooking river was the best!"

"The room was labeled kitchenette but all there were were a microwave, fridge, and a coffee maker. If you wish to make something to eat, you will need your own utensils, plate/bowl/cup, and napkins. The fridge in the room did not work. Instead of keeping the fresh fruit cold, it froze everything. I ended up needing to throw out most of the food I brought. The staff wasn't very responsive. "This property has an amazing location that is walkable to downtown. It is well maintained and has the great relaxed vacation vibe with for hanging out at the firepits and hot tub. The bed was comfortable and the suite was stocked with everything we needed for comfort. The staff was very responsive and very accommodating. We would stay hear again anytime we go to Estes Park."

"The WiFi didn’t work I had to use my own hotspot from phone to connect to the t.v one of the main items you use in a hotel room - you would think they would have strong internet for the price of there room. I do not recommend this place if you are a person that requires the t.v like me and my younger children do."
