"I was in the area for a business meeting so my family went with me to hang out at the beach. Overall, the staff was not very friendly and seemed put off to help. The hotel is historic and cool, but rooms are small and for the price you would think other things would be more accommodating and nice. Prices were quite high for everything. The elevator system is awful and took so long that we used the stairs the whole stay. They were filming a show 2 of the 3 days we were there which shut down one...

The place was under construction and work was noisy from 6 am.until late evening. Pools were overly crowded with teenagers there for a baseball tournament and not properly supervised. The staff did nothing. The teenagers were rowdy, pushing other's in , jumping, diving and running around making it impossible for others to enjoy themselves and...
