Five en-suite home just a few minutes from downtown Paso Robles

Luxury awaits you at this brand new custom home in the heart of wine country. This home is extremely custom and was featured on the cover of Home Design Central Coast. The open floor plan is exceptional for entertaining with a large great room which features beams from the mid 1800s as well as a large kitchen and bar area. There are speakers hidden in the walls throughout the house which are controlled by a home automation system so music may be controlled individually in each room. The house features exceptional landscaping complete with full grown olive trees and custom rock walls throughout and we are currently constructing a negative edge pool which will be completed prior to renting. There are five bedrooms as well as a loft that can sleep one extra guest, the loft is a common area that shares the space with one queen bedroom.

When you step into Casa De Madera Vieja, you’ll be blown away by the large living room beams, custom masonry and other craftsman finishes. It is old-world charm at its best with all of luxury conveniences you would expect. The house has fabulous features such as 7 flatscreen TV's, 3 fireplaces, a beautiful copper kitchen farm-sink, commercial Thermador appliances with a under cabinet microwave, breakfast nook, large refrigerator and a coffeemaker. Enjoy a siesta in your Sleep Number cal-king-size master bedroom and be cozy sitting in front of the fireplace which works off of the home automation system. Step into the private bathroom, with a double vanity, spa-like two person jet tub and huge walk in shower with dual shower heads, dual hand held shower wands and an integrated rain head. The bathrooms are all stocked with plush towels and toiletries. Additional amenities include all linens, towels, WiFi access, cable TV and speakers in every room for music.

Beautiful home but some concerns

The property itself is beautiful, clean, spacious, and well maintained. Communication with the owner leading up to our stay was excellent. However, we encountered a couple of issues during our visit that impacted our experience.First, while we were swimming, the pool cleaners arrived unexpectedly and asked everyone to get out so they could clean and rebalance the chemicals. This was surprising and disruptive, especially with young children in the pool.Second, while preparing a meal, the stove suddenly stopped working. I followed the instructions provided and texted the owner, but after receiving no response for over an hour, I called Tami directly. She was able to help us troubleshoot the issue and get the stove working again.During the call, I also mentioned the unexpected pool cleaning visit. Tami said the cleaners were not scheduled and instructed us to tell them to stop and leave. This put us in an uncomfortable position—we didn’t feel it was our place to confront service personnel.I also expressed concern about letting our young children back into the pool immediately after chemicals had just been added. She went on to say that they build pools for a living and she guarantees this is safe after 20mins to get back in. At that point, I overheard Tami speaking to someone in the background, saying, “I told you these people were going to be a problem.” While I chose not to confront her on the call, this comment was extremely upsetting. We were simply trying to ensure

Weekend away

We had an amazing time at this beautiful property. The house is just as pictured. The host was very responsive when an issue arrived and remedied it in record time. En suites in every room is very rare. The kitchen was well stocked. Nothing was lacking. Highly recommend.

Paradise in Paso

We had a wonderful time celebrating my birthday with friends. Amazing house and it had everything you ever could need. Beds supper comfortable and kitchen was well equipped with everything you could ask for! We will definitely return. The hosts were very responsive. Ian helped us out with things that we needed help with. Thank again!

Sue's Bodacious Birthday

This is a fabulous property, private country setting yet a quick jaunt to all the right places...the light show, Hunter Ranch golf course and downtown Paso for some outstanding meals. Wonderful pool, hot tub and fire pit! Two downstairs masters were fabulous. Upstairs en-suites comfortable. Cozy private 5th bdrm adjacent to garage was wonderfully private although it took a bit for the hot water to arrive.

Fantastic Property

Amazing property and location

The beautiful drone shot says it all. Beautiful open floor plan opening to great heated infinity pool. Bedrooms with baths throughout. Kitchen has everything you could want or need. Would book again in a heartbeat.

Amazing stay in Paso

My friends and I were celebrating my bday with some Paso wine tasting. We stayed at the Spanish Villa and it couldn’t have been better! The house and grounds are stunning! The house is perfect for a large group and the jacuzzi, pool and fire pit were a bonus. We will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful property in the heart of Paso Robles

This home is absolutely amazing. Great for large groups with families and children. The pictures of the infinite pool and hot tub simply don’t do it justice. It’s absolutely stunning and great for all ages, with tons of seating including a large shallow flat area for children to play in. We sat outside and watched the sunset and sat around the firepit. The property really has everything you could need. We had 4 children all under 2 with us and had everything we needed. We really liked that there was an additional side back yard with grass for the kids to play as well that was on a different side than the pool where the kids could run/crawl around more freely. All the rooms and beds were very comfortable and the kitchens and bathrooms had everything we needed. The only downside is that there was only one trash and one recycle bin that were both small. Especially for a large house that sleeps up to 11 adults, it needs larger bins for longer weekend stays. We were at the house for 4 nights and cooked a lot at the house so we had a lot more trash than the bins would hold and there were animals that got into the trash at night that made a bit of mess. Other than that we had an absolutely amazing Labor Day weekend and are already planning the next time we can come down and stay in the same house as it was perfect for the 5 families we had. 10/10 experience and will be back again!

Perfect Women's Get Away

We had an amazing weekend celebrating our friend's upcoming marriage. The house was absolutely perfect, it is exactly as described (if not better). We were in total awe the entire weekend. It felt like you were miles away and you have complete privacy, but you are only a few minutes from the most adorable downtown area. Do not think twice about booking this property, I would go back every weekend if I could.

Excellent Villa

The Villa was great. Our group of friends and children spent most of our days in the great room. The kitchen was amazing, it had everything that you would need for a large group and more. Even though the weather was cold, we were able to hold small eggs hunt for the kiddos out in the backyard. Would definitely come back here again.

Beautiful Place!

We stayed with our dear friends for a long weekend. The property is stunning and very high end. Of course, with the high price tag, expectations are also higher. For the most part, all of those expectations were met - they had beautiful furnishings, fully stocked kitchen, beautiful pool and hot tub, grill, nice bedding and even extra amenities like toothbrush and toothpaste if you forgot anything at home. I would have given it 5 stars except for a few items that were overlooked. There was no dish soap and no outside trash can as advertised so we did have to ask for those. Also, there were a few broken items, burned out bulbs, one of the canned lights in the master bath was just hanging and the toilet roll holder was also broken and couldn't be used. Lastly, there were no hangers in the large closet so I had to keep all my stuff in my suitcase. I would have loved some hangers! Oh...and one more thing. There is the sweetest cat that hangs around outside - please feed it if you are there. It was starving when we found it. Perhaps it is a stray or a neighbor's cat. It doesn't come inside - so no worries there!

Outstanding Home!

Beautiful, peaceful and an incredible destination. Home was fully equipped, very clean, amazing infinity pool, beautifully designed, everything you’d ever want in a vacation home. Tami was great to work with. Looking forward to coming back next year!
