Nestled on the northeastern edge, this original privately held property on the island, built in 1970 as a fishing lodge, has evolved into a charming family home offering a panoramic 360-degree view of the ocean. Perched over the sea and right on the beach, its elevated position captures the refreshing easterly breezes, with its expansive deck providing sun and shade throughout the day. The heart of the home is the large open floor plan on the top level, designed for communal joy – from games and meal preparations to dining and lounging, all while soaking in the breathtaking vistas. Comfort meets luxury with two Balinese day beds for napping, a fully equipped kitchen for the culinary enthusiast, and versatile outdoor and indoor dining settings complemented by a gas BBQ for fresh, flavorful meals.

Descending to the lower level, the intimacy of the space unfolds with two master bedrooms featuring screened patios that present serene land and sea views directly from your king-sized bed, alongside a third bedroom with twin beds and a unique deck over the water. Each room is outfitted for comfort with mosquito nets, air conditioning, and fans. While the house boasts a master bathroom, the preferred choice is the secluded stone outdoor shower for a truly natural experience. A private path leads to a secluded beach stretch, complete with kayaks, SUP boards, and beach chairs for ultimate relaxation and adventure.
