Welcome to CasaFlex, a newly renovated paradise just a 5-minute walk to the beach! Have a peek of the ocean from the terrasse and look at the parrot while taking your coffee. You can also take a walk to the village for grocery shopping, go to the beach and take surf lessons.The main house features 3 bedrooms, while the annexed guest house offers a queen bed, bunk bed, full bathroom, and kitchenette. Perfect for two couples, this setup ensures comfort, privacy, and space for long stays.

The house is very safe and secure. There's a guard on duty every evenings and nights. The house is also equipped of security cameras, safes, alarm systems and digital locks.

Step into a spacious living room designed for relaxation, with plenty of natural light and cozy seating to unwind after a day at the beach. Enjoy meals in the charming dining area, or head outside to the beautiful pool where you can soak up the sun with a fresh drink in hand. At night, retreat to naturally lit rooms with comfortable beds that guarantee a restful sleep, making every moment at CasaFlex feel like home.

The charming beachside town of Esterillos Oeste is a short drive 20 minutes from Jaco and 40 minutes from Manuel Antonio. Although Jaco is only a short drive away, Esterillos Oeste remains quiet and peaceful with his 300 people. The town is surrounded mostly by patches of rice fields, grazing cattle, and thick tropical rainforest. Once you arrive in the modest town center near the beach, you will find a couple of small grocery stores, a few restaurants. Costa Ricans live in Esterillos Oeste, but there is also a sizeable population of ex-pats from USA and Canada including several living around the house.

Esterillos offers stunning views of the Pacific, and access to some of the best surfing and paddling in Costa Rica. This area is renowned for its abundance of fish, including black and blue marlin, sailfish and dorados, making it the perfect spot to cast a line and land a live one with sportsfishing expeditions. Visitors who want to remain on dry land can head out into the lush rolling hills that surround Esterillos Oeste on an ATV, or indulge in a leisurely trek through the countryside on horseback.

Q: Will we see monkeys or wildlife?

Answer:
Yes, wildlife is part of the experience here. There are several groups of monkeys that live in the jungle about a 5-minute walk from the house, and they are often visible in the late afternoon. You will also frequently see Scarlet Macaws at the beach and around the house’s palapa. There are also a few iguanas living on the property — they are harmless.

Answer:
Yes, there are about 6 restaurants within walking distance from the house, offering a variety of local and casual dining options. For groceries, there is a small store nearby, and larger supermarkets can be found in Jaco, about a 20-minute drive.

The bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning for comfortable sleeping. The kitchen and living room do not have AC, but the house benefits from a nice natural breeze thanks to its hilltop location.

We do not recommend drinking the tap water due to its high mineral content. We provide the first gallon of drinking water upon arrival, and additional water can be easily purchased nearby.

The area is quiet and safe. There is a security guard for the neighborhood as well as security cameras in place, providing additional peace of mind during your stay.

We strongly recommend renting a 4x4 vehicle to comfortably access the property and explore the surrounding area.
