Aegean Elegance: Villa Penelope Paros - A Serene Cycladic Retreat

This tranquil island style Villa in Naoussa is set approximately 1km from the picturesque village centre, offering a wonderful and restful atmosphere.

A large balcony terrace with pergolas shelter the property, boasting magnificent sunset view across Naoussa Bay.

A double storey Cycladic style Villa entering through a garden barbeque area into an open plan kitchen, dining room and living room area leading onto a large patio with breath-taking views of the sea.

The en-suite main bedroom on the ground floor has sea views with access to the patio. On the lower ground floor are 3 tranquil, welcoming bedrooms, 1 en-suite and 2 sharing a modern island style bathroom. A fully equipped laundry room is on the this level. With easy access to the lower level via an external staircase or through the living room.
One of the loveliest features of Villa Penelope is the vast outdoor area made for relaxation and sun downers. Featuring a large infinity pool, landscaped gardens, and an island style covered seating and dining area.

Paros is an island that offers everything you need sunshine, beautiful beaches, fantastic restaurants, fabulous shopping and a bustling night life.

Naoussa is known to be a hidden gem in the Greek Cycladic Islands, this little fishing village offers an authentic Greek experience with every modern convenience. From gourmet to taverna the food is fresh and delicious where ever you go. The little port is filled with restaurants, cafes, bars and shops webbing up, down and around in bougainvillea filled lanes. The port is alive in the evening and offers a wide selection of bars where someone can enjoy a glass of wine and watch the ocean or dance in little bars playing everything from old school to Greek music.

There are many beaches close to Naoussa which you can access by car or by boat from the village port. The beaches are known to be some of the most beautiful in Paros some with not a single umbrella (Laggeri), some with a Taverna and beach chairs just right for everyone (Kolimbithres) and some with a lively beach bar and water sports (Santa Maria) the choice is yours.

You decide what type of holiday you prefer and combine it according to your needs in order to make it your dream vacation.

Total Relaxation

Spent almost a week in Paros with a family of 6 that included 4 boys. The home was nicely decorated, clean, well stocked and very comfortable to stay in. The kids enjoyed the pool and the large patio area below and the back porch was a perfect spot to enjoy breakfast in the am or a drink late at night after having dinner in town. The home is close enough to downtown to walk to and even at the bottom of the hill, you will find a super market and nearby bakeries and coffee shops. The home caretaker, Marina, was very friendly and helpful while we were there. Highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a relaxful stay in Paros.

Peaceful Oasis

This villa was the perfect retreat for our family of 7. Big bedrooms, well stocked kitchen, fabulous peaceful yard with decks and a quiet refreshing pool. The views and ocean breezes helped us relax and unwind after busy days driving around the island and exploring. And, to add to the Grecian experience , the cutest resident kitty we named Baby Naoussa (or baby NooNoo). She is the sweetest, friendliest, most adorable kitty we ever met. If you see her tell her we miss her. Our host Mariana was very helpful quick to reply to every and anything we needed. Thank you for your hospitality, Marina

Lovely Villa in Naousa

We absolutely loved Alexandra’s property! It was clean, quiet and the views were beyond incredible! Marina was very helpful and accommodating. We stayed here as a party of 8 and fit very comfortably. The pool was quiet with only a few other guests, making for a private pool experience. Our only disappointment was the location. This property is located on a pretty steep, dirt hill, making it impossible to walk to or from it. Luckily, Marina provided us with a few cab companies, which for the most part were very reliable. If you are looking to stay here, you 100% need a car or ATV. All in all, we will hopefully one day be back in Paros and would be fortunate to stay at Alexandra’s again. Thank you Alexandra & Marina! Well the first was the view from the villa. Wow. The property manager was always available and amazing. It was a short ride to get coffee and food and the town was so close. I loved this island. One of my favorites!!

Family Island Visit

We absolutely loved staying at Villa Penelope! The villa & pool area are so pretty with a lovely sea view that we even skipped plans to go to Anti-Paros one day and hung out by & in the pool! Mariana helped us out with information and was quick to respond. There are 2 coffee/bakeries nearby and a grocery. You can walk to Naousa although we just parked the car in the free lot. Ample room for many people with the porch area & pool hangout area in the shade. We definitely hope to return someday!

A lovely house with amazing view

We had a great week in Villa Penelope. Excellent communication with owner and manager. The villa is slightly out of town, about 20 mins walk. Fine if you are fit and mobile. If not then a car is a must. We had one for a couple of days which really helped getting the heavy shopping to the house. The house is lovely with 4 bedrooms (all doubles no twins). The master ensuite bedroom is on same level as the living area and has doors on to the terrace and a lovely view. The other 3 rooms (one ensuite + one shared bathroom) are downstairs and have no view. They do have high ceilings though and aircon so were cool and dark. WARNING - quite a tricky spiral staircase with no handrail to get downstairs so not good for elderly/inform/tiny kids. There is an outside staircase to access one of the rooms. The kitchen/ dining / living area is spacious and comfortable. The terrace is fabulous with large table and plenty of space. There is a short path down to the pool area which is beautiful with loads of loungers and a huge covered seating area. Despite being a busy month the villa area was very quiet and only one of two people using the pool. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

Californian visit to Naoussa and Villa Penelope.

Beautiful property and lovely swimming pool. We were fortunate to NOT be sharing this propery wiht others as there were no neighbors. Only the couple that lived 2 doors down but didn't seem to use the pool ? Beautiful views at night and day time. Kitchen was well equiped and useable. (even had a little left over booze !) LOTS of room to accomodate 7 persons for dinner, seated and breakfast on the porch. Very spacious and beautiful. Condo was hard to reach down a dirt road at night. There was some confusion getting a taxi from the port of Paros that would go all the way to Naoussa and up the dirt road at night. Worked out in the end. Lovely property though !

excellent séjour!

Au bout d’une petite piste, au sein d’un petit ensemble de 4/5 villas en ligne, maison extrêmement agréable avec une très belle vue. Réactivité et efficacité d’Alexandra avant le séjour, accueil et disponibilité sur place de Marina excellente. Vue privilégiée, propreté, confort et équipement au top, proximité de la boulangerie et du supermarché (10 min à pied facilite l’organisation des vacances) , accès au centre de Naoussa en marchant 20 minutes sur piste (précision non éclairée de nuit ) et route. (seul point à valider selon configuration occupation (famille avec jeunes enfants notamment), l’escalier d’accès à 3 des chambres qui est étroit et en colimaçon descendant). Un excellent séjour pour nous, nous y retournerions avec grand plaisir!

Great house for family visit

We have just enjoyed a week in this fantastic house. The property is big with many places outside the house and at the pool to to lie back and soak up the Paros sun or to relax in the shade. Far away from Nousa to be quiet, but close enough to walk in to the town for dinner or just to pop to either of the two well stocked local supermarkets. Local housekeeping team could not have been more friendly or helpful. Recommend.
