Riverfront with private dock, river views from every room & arcade games!

Beautiful Riverfront home with private dock. There is a small swim area behind to the dock to enjoy and relax when you’re not out boating on the water. We are conveniently located, so you may choose to launch at the river or Lake Havasu. Nearby launch ramps include River Island State Park, Buckskin State Park or Pirate’s Den for the river, and Havasu Take Off Point, Havasu Springs or Cattail Cove to launch your boat and enjoy Lake Havasu. For the off-road enthusiasts you are just a few miles from the back way to Desert Bar (right behind River Island Market & Gas Station).

There are three riverfront decks available to enjoy the beautiful views, watch the boats go by, fully equipped kitchen to cook or have an outdoor barbecue feast, or fish right from the private dock. Plus shuffle board, foosball, basketball game, ping pong, corn hole, air hockey, Big Buck arcade and driving arcade games. You will have access to the entire home, garage and driveway parking.

Beautiful home away from home

The owner was very easy to work with and the home was just as described. There were 10 adults and 1 3 year old child. It never felt crowded. All of the games were fun to use as well. We loved the location.

We had a great time on our vacation. The riverfront location, private dock and beach area was excellent and provided us plenty of entertainment. The house was very clean and spacious making our stay very comfortable. The arcade in the garage is impressive and the kids had fun playing in the evenings after the water play ended. Christina was a great host and quickly replied to any questions we had. I would definitely stay again!

This home is even more beautiful in person and we're so thankful we had the oppertunity to have our family gathering there. The ability to walk down to the river hangout all day and then for those who need some cooler air to have the choice to walk back up and enjoy the house was awesome. Kept everyone relaxed and happy! On the weekend there are lots of boats and jet skis that create pretty strong wakes along with the moderate current. Water saftey was key, we were able to stay safe and enjoy the water! Christina and Stacy were absolutely amazing, all questions were answered very quickly and they even helped us look up a few things! All in all it was a great stay and we look forward for the opportunity to stay again some day!

Great Parker Vacation

We chose this property based on game room, dock and patios and could not have been happier. The house is large with open living room, dining and kitchen. Perfect for family time. We will be going back. Clean with everything we needed.

Stunning Property with ALL the Bells and Whistles

The description and pictures are spot on, however when you arrive and walk in the door, it is beyond imagination - inside and out! This house is stunning! It is well cared for and thought out to every detail. You can tell that the family that own this house enjoys it for themselves and takes pride in knowing how much you will enjoy it too! Christina is quick to respond to any questions and you and your family will want for nothing - just pack your bathing suits and get ready for some awesome river fun! The arcade and additional games kept my 20somethings busy for hours too! The balcony views were amazing and the sunrise and sunsets are not to be missed! The kitchen is fully stocked and the Sub-Zero refrigerator is just what you need during these hot river trips. The outdoor balcony off the main living area has misters and I can't wait to go back when temps are below 100 to enjoy the wonderful outdoor eating space. I can't say enough about this home! Worth every penny! Enjoy!

Fun on the river !

Beautiful house on the River, really strong current for docking with boats or jets skis no beach area for kids to play but the arcade in the garage was a hit ! It a really beautiful sunset with a night skyline that is bright and clear. I would most definitely rent this place again. Love the riverfront

Awesome Home

Awesome home, probably the best location on the river in Parker. The house was great, the arcade was very fun, the host provided excellent communication. The only downside for us was the spa was not working. The host let us know the day of our arrival but I would have expected them to refund a small portion of our very expensive cost. We were really looking forward to using the spa as it's displayed in the pictures of the property. I know it stopped working the day before our stay so they couldn't get someone out to fix it however, it would only seem fair they would provide me a small credit for the trouble.

Beautiful, clean home right on the river. Plenty of room and seating inside and outside. The views are amazing! Enjoyed playing arcade games and shuffleboard during our stay. Would absolutely stay here again!

Beautiful house…

Beautiful home, clean and communication with home owner was great. It had everything needed for cooking we could possibly need as well as a fun game room. But if you wanted to enjoy the outdoors first thing in the morning with a cup of coffee or a cold beer outside in the evening while fishing the bugs would have made it impossible. The zappers provided did nothing to detour the bugs, there are hundreds of thousands. And unfortunately swimming off the dock is impossible with the fast current in the area. This was disappointing as it was not disclosed prior to our trip.

This was by far one of the best vacation rental I have ever had.. I would say that the only complaint I have was it was bit pricey.. but truth be told it was totally worth it! Thanks we will be back

FAVORITE on Parker strip!

Everything was amazing — if I could buy this home, I would. It was perfect for our family and the convenience of the garage, boat doc, and proximity to launch was great. Perfect for anyone with a family with kids, the video games were awesome!
