"Super dirty room even after initial room change request the day of check in. Last time, room was cleaned seemed at least 3 months ago. Cleaning staff doesn’t believe in mopping the floor or giving any other services for more than 2-3 nights stay guests. All the corners had so much dust piled up. We didn’t get offered change of towels, garbage taken out, nothing for three nights stay. "There was crusted food on the counter and there were no forks in the drawer. There was crusted food beside the bed on the floor. I stretched out at one point in the bed and felt something and had no idea what it was. I looked and it was somekind of dried up bug. That tells you they don't change the sheets.
