- This home does not have A/C.
- We allow service animals at this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Please note our occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request.
- As a ski town, many construction projects happen around town all summer. Working hours are 7am-9pm.

This home comes with a pack n' play travel crib available. A high chair can be provided upon request with at least 24hrs advanced notice. Just ask and we are happy to accommodate you and your little ones!

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit.

We report and prosecute all Credit Card Fraud.

Our favorite rental to date!

My husband and I splurged on this rental for a family weekend, each of my three teens had their own fabulous room with a huge bed and huge tv which they loved. The two boys loved being on their own on the top floor with access to the hot tub. We loved being able to walk to town (about 10 minutes straight shot down the street) and we walked to the base and took a summer chair lift and did alpine roller coaster. Super fun! We left the house and turned right and if you walk straight to the top of the hill you can hike to some cool 1920s mines my teens loved to explore. House was nicer than expected; I was very happy with my selection and would stay there again no question!

Absolutely lovely from beginning to end

The place was wonderful, the walk to downtown Main Street was really manageable for our whole group (ages 25 to 70). Check-in was very smooth. The property owner and staff were great to work with, they kept in contact and were available for any of our needs. Check-out was also easy and smooth. The place was well stocked to meet our basic needs. Overall a gorgeous place and a wonderful stay.

Comfortable and clean!

We enjoyed our stay! There were some issues with the oven that were address prior to our arrival and a maintenance crew was scheduled to fix it two days after we got there. Unfortunately, once we used it once, it broke again. Seems like the oven might just need replaced. We would recommend full length mirrors for the bedrooms and towel hooks for the bathrooms. Otherwise, we’d stay again - pretty convenient location.

Great place! Loved it and would stay again.

Super clean (yay!!). Very roomy, comfortable, and cute inside. Comfortable beds. We loved walking right out the door one direction to Main Street and the other direction to miles of hiking trails. Nice to have such a big kitchen and a washer and dryer. We loved playing air hockey and relaxing in the hot tub at nights. The only downside is there is only room to park two vehicles.

Perfect for a long summer weekend with friends

Stayed 3 nights with 3 other couples. Plenty of room for the 8 of us and the location was great, just a short walk down to Main St. The property was super clean and likely recently built or remodeled as everything seemed brand new. I think the listing said no AC, but there was AC during my trip. No problem booking or checking in. Would highly recommend for a group trip.

First time to Park City

The property was as pictured. This was a family trip and we loved having the big dining table to play games on… kids really enjoyed the air hockey game they had provided. It was a very short drive down to Main Street for restaurants and shopping. We all had a wonderful time.

So much to love…. Thankful for a wonderful Thanksgiving home for 7.

Fresh and clean. Nicely equipped, modern kitchen with complete dining sets for entertaining an our group of 7. Proximity to trails, Main Street was just what we hoped for. Area for improvement: missing towel racks in master bath and broom/dust pan for easier, quick clean up.

60th Birthday Girls Trip

We had a great time staying in this beautiful home. Everything that we needed was provided, including a well stocked kitchen with utensils and cooking pans. The only glitch we experienced was the heated flooring, in the top floor bathroom, did not work. Management addressed our concern immediately. The top floor of this home does not have a direct heat vent, however, the owners provide many portable heaters to make the rooms warm. We will definitely stay here again,
