Fourth (top) floor w/ elevator, fully equipped, large & attractive 2BR/2BA condo with balcony, in-unit clothes washer/dryer, A/C, free WIFI & parking and community heated pool & hot tub. You won't find a cleaner or quieter condo!

Step from the courtyard onto quaint Old Town's historic Main Street, and the best restaurants, galleries, shops and entertainment. The ski lift is 1 BLOCK AWAY! 2 minutes in ski boots!

3 Flat panel cable TVs and DVDs in LR and BRs.

Master bedroom has KING-SIZE bed and private bath with multi-head shower.

Second BR has two twins (can be converted to very comfortable king) with its own full hall bath w/ tub & multi-head shower.

Relax in the LIVING area with a wood burning FIREPLACE (firelogs avail.), very comfortable furnishings, large flat panel (w/ Netflix/Amazon/Blu-Ray) and private balcony. The sofa converts to QUEEN-SIZE bed.

Enjoy meals and game playing in the DINING area.

The KITCHEN has all appliances, is very well equipped and stocked with all essential supplies.

This condo has its own clothes washer and dryer. A Laundry basket & soap are provided for your convenience.

Free SHUTTLE stops at our lobby every 7-10 minutes for Deer Valley (15 mins) and groceries (10 mins). Free garage & lot PARKING.

Too notch in every way!

Beautifully furnished and decorated condo, with a spacious layout and perfectly organized kitchen. Location cannot be beat, steps away from Main Street shopping, dining and town lift. We loved our stay and hope to be back!

Utah vacation jump off

We stayed at the property while in town for a wedding. The condo was well supplied, clean, and in every way was as described in the listing. Perhaps the best part of the property was its location; within a block of the in-town lift and Main St. Old Town Park City. June apparently is a good time to visit Park City, as the parking lot and garage was virtually empty. As a VRBO host, I held our hosts to a high standard and they met the bar; I have no hesitation in recommending. Sam & Gretchen

Everything it said and more.

My family of 5 stayed here for presidents week. The apartment was exactly as stated in the post. The condo was immaculate when we arrived and had every comfort of home. Walking distance from the town lift and main Street. We would rent this place again in a heartbeat.

Super close to the Town Lift

If you want to be smack in the middle of Main Street and a two minute walk in ski boots to the Town Lift, this is the place to be! The place was clean and suited the five of us. The Bridge Restaurant was the closest place to have an amazing breakfast! The indoor hot tub and sauna did not work at all though we were not informed of that, so that was disappointing and the outdoor hot tubs only operate after 4pm which was also not advertised as such. The place has a fireplace, but they only give you three starter logs and ask for you to leave $20 if you use it, just a heads up. The place was warm enough without the fire place and we have one we use at home everyday, so it wasn't a huge let down for us. The owner had to be contacted several times for a few questions he did not answer via email, but I found them to be better if you just called to get all of your questions answered. If you are coming in the winter time and they are expecting snow, I would encourage you to get the trip insurance through VRBO, as our plane was severely delayed and we missed out on a whole night that we paid for. When I asked the owner about a possible refund, he seemed like it was too much for him to even entertain looking into. I told Tuck that I also owned a VRBO home and we have done this plenty of times for hurricanes, but he really didn't seem to know how to navigate this at all. In the end I told him not to worry about it. Hopefully this review helps others in the future. I would come back again because of it's location.

Convenient location; well-kept property

This is a great location if you want easy access to historic Park City shopping and dining. The condo was clean and well maintained, had a nice quiet courtyard view overlooking the pool, and was well equipped with everything you would need, including washer/dryer and kitchen tools. Would stay here again.

Fantastic location with great amenities

One of our better stays in various ski towns over the years. You can't beat the price at the location! Steps from townlift and valet ski storage. Just a few steps further to Main Street. The kitchen was the most stocked we have ever experienced. The owners were extremeley accessible and we had zero issues on this stay.

Comfortable and so convenient

We were completely happy with the condo and the location. Really is a 2 minute walk to the Town Lift and you can even leave your skis at the lift. Condo is really nice. Owner answered any questions we had very quickly. Zero complaints.

Lovely unit so close to the Town Lift and all the action!

Our family of four had an amazing stay in Tuck and Jeannie’s unit. Perfect for parents with two children or four adults. Could walk in your ski boots to the Town Lift where there is an excellent demo rental shop. Do not need a car if you stay here and the unit is up to date and great.

Perfect spot!

This condo was perfect for our mini vacation. The location is wonderful as we were steps from all the shopping and restaurants. The Friday we were there was the Art Walk for September and it was a fun experience, too. Tuck was attentive to my emails and was a phone call away if we needed him. I highly recommend this property!

Great condo and location

Annual girls trip for us this year and it was really nice. We had everything we neeed and liked the proximity to the pool & hot tub. Tuck is very nice, the beds are comfy and the kitchen and bar glasses are well stocked. A do-over!

This is a fantastic place! Location is awesome condo is comfirtable

We love this place... it’s really perfect on the inside for a family of 4, the kitchen has everything you need and the living room is very comfortable. The master bedroom is elegant and the extra bedroom is just right. Most importantly you can walk everywhere... the town lift is just 2 short blocks away and there is no need for a car... you can Uber to the grocery store without trouble. We will surely want to stay here again

Great stop along the way!

What a nice clean place for us to rest as we traveled. The condo provided a very comfortable place for us to relax. There was so much to do while we were on Park City we didn't rest much. The pool looked very inviting but Olympic Park, restaurants and a quick trip to Salt Lake City kept us too busy. Tuck was available should we have needed anything. We would definitely return.

Great location, super clean, walk to town, buses, Town Lift.

#142 was a clean well layout condo. Kids room and beds were comfortable. Master Suite is large and plenty of clothes storage. The location was just perfect to Main Street, Town Lift and bus stops. Great restaurants all within 5-10 min walk. The building was well maintained, pool and hot tub serviced everyday. We will definitely stay here again when in Park City.

You can't beat the location and the unit was nicely decorated and clean. Pretty comfy for 3-4 people. Tuck and Jeanie were also very nice and accommodative to our arrival/departure times. 5 stars.

Very nice condo in a great location!

We loved our stay at this condo! It was very nice and also spotless. It’s great to be able to walk to Main Street and all the shops and restaurants. Tuck & Jeanie were wonderful and responded quickly to any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again.
