"This hotel has the feel of staying in a condo type of property but has the added amenities of a hotel if and when you need. This is our second time here and we loved it! The suites are well equipped for a long weekend stay (or longer stay if you prefer), and the rooms were well-maintained and in great condition! Highly recommend. You will not feel ripped off like so many hotels in the Park City area during ski season. "

"Clean property. Friendly staff. Shuttle to Park City Mountain very convenient. Waited not even 5 minutes to get picked up. Hot tub and Sauna were nice. Gym on the property is very basic but not a big deal if you are there to ski. Walking distance to plenty of restaurants and breakfast spots and 7/11. It was a good spot. "

"Last morning water was shut off for repairs to their sprinkler system. No bottled water provided. No coffee available. Should have anticipated this & brought in coffee for guests with their breakfast. Poor planning on staff’s part. Tried calling the front desk & manager repeatedly…kept getting busy signal. Went to front desk & staff just sitting & NOT on the phone. Disappointing. "

"Horrible bed , sank to the middle , front desk could t do anything about it , we put into a handicap room on 1st floor(1 chair to lounge/sit at table. Food shoppers at frehmart when parking headlights lite up the room at night and in the morning , the black out shade didn’t work to block it . "Newpark was a great place to stay for our family ski trip. The staff cleaned the room each day, and we commented that it was the most thorough daily cleaning we've ever experienced. The location near walkable restaurants and grocery stores was much appreciated. The only con we saw was that the Kimball Junction shuttle at the hotel didn't start running until 9 AM so if you wanted to catch a bus to the ski areas early, you'd have to walk to the Transit Center. "

"For the price ($1000+) for two nights, requesting a king size bed but given a queen, and slipping in extra charges $12 each for a standard continental breakfast on the second night day when told the morning before it was inclusive with the room and almost $9.00 for two standard size bottles of water -- the cost felt like they were gouging visitors instead of providing an experience worthy of the cost. "Communication was terrible, honestly the place is really nice but the people in the room downstairs were really loud the view was of the seven eleven, the fees were more than the room cost per night and they have unrealistic cleaning expectations given the fees. "

"I made a mistake thinking that the chair lift was for Park City but finding out later it was for Deer Valley so we had an additional 15 min drive to PC. We made it work and I learned there were two different mountains. :-)"
