"Our room was spacious and bed was very Comfortable. The room had a great air/heating system and easy to operate. Shower was good and products were nice. The pool was large and a fun place to start off our morning! The property was beautifully decorated and easy to walk around. A map was provided at the hotel when we checked in. "You could not ask for a nicer quiet B&B and the hosts were amazing. You will be all by yourself as they only host one couple at a time. On Cottage Lake the facility is warm and friendly, and a little dated with the layout. It's private and breakfast is served at whatever time you want, and it's excellent! A very nice getaway that seems away from everything but only half hour-40 minutes or so from Seattle. "

"We visited Seattle for a family birthday and stayed in the Courtyard in Kirkland/c it was the only handicap accessible room to be found in the area. Kudos to Courtyard! Very nice. My only criticism was that the bar was not open on Sat evening. Sometimes I enjoy a nightcap at the bar. We took public transport to the Public Market and it was easy, bus stop close to hotel, inexpensive, and speedy enough to offset driving. Plus scenic. "

"My 2 adult kids and I stayed for 5-days and the place was quiet, comfortable and close to many attractions. I did not give 5 stars on the condition, because the yard needs attention, and is overgrown. Other than that, I would definitely stay again! "
